Influence of choice of input parameters blowerdoor test equipment on the final value of air permeability
Kermes, Adam ; Tichomirov, Vladimír (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
The thesis examines the influence of choice of input parameters Blowerdoor test equipment on the final value of air permeability. Measurements have been performed on a set of four experimental buildings and one room.
Gas flow measurement
Slováček, Antonín ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis brings a description and realization of new measuring devices which are designed to support student´s laboratory practice of air flow measurement techniques. The new devices and laboratory exercises help students get experience of several methods of measuring which they get to know during mandatory Bachelor's and Master's study programmes. The paper also includes a theoretical background, the knowledge of which is necessary for mastering the issue. Moreover, the paper comprises a literary search of sensors and a market research. The second part of the thesis presents possibilities of the laboratory workplace, and the results of the measurements of the new laboratory devices used for sample laboratory exercises.
Visualization of air jet from ventilation outlet of a passenger car dashboard
Bečica, Radek ; Bělka, Miloslav (referee) ; Lízal, František (advisor)
Goal of this master´s thesis is to experimentally analyse air jet from ventilation outlet of a passenger car dashboard using smoke visualization and to describe this air jet. Air flow was set at 30 m3/h according to requirements from Škoda Auto s.r.o. from previous experiments on a similar ventilation outlet. First type of measuring rig which was developed for previous experiments was disassembled and replaced with a new modern measuring rig which is supposed to be used for next visualizations and experiments. Visualization was performed using smoke method and laser light plane. Air jet was photographed for five defined ventilation outlet adjustments and that for a jet to free space and for a jet flowing along a wall. The wall represented a front left door of a car. Results were processed by computer and presented as pictures and tables. Resulting angles were transformed to the main coordinate system of a car. Ventilation outlet functionality with respect to the air distribution in a car was evaluated afterwards.
Cleaning of ventilation systems and potential energy savings
Lapáček, Milan ; Rubina, Aleš (referee) ; Máša, Vítězslav (advisor)
The main aim of this thesis is to explore fouling of air ducts and its influence on energy consumption of HVAC systems. The first part focuses on typical parts that create the IAQ in buildings and on evaluating energy consumption of air transportation. The following section deals with the theories of fluid flow, flow regimes and pressure losses that are created as a side effect. The thesis outlines possible methods of assessing the impact of pollution with an emphasis on pressure losses and their influence on the fan power consumption. The actual experimental measurement, conducted in a selected industrial plant, is focused on an influence of cleanness of textile diffuser on HVAC device power consumption. For the further research of this process, measuring equipment with suitable measurement method is designed and constructed.
Design of device for determination of airflow in the channel with various crossection
Kuběnová, Karolína ; Vlach, Radek (referee) ; Musil, Filip (advisor)
The aim of the final work was to design and build a flow meter based on a pressure differential for measuring the air flow in a closed tube of constant cross section. The first part deals with the research part, which forms an introduction to the issue of flow and a list of commercially used flow meters. The practical part deals with the design and implementation of a differential flow meter and its comparison with the flow meter VPT-100.
Air permeability of the building structures according to artificial air pressure on the surface
Dvořák, Jan ; CSc, Vladimir Tichomirov, (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
This thesis examines the influence of the intensity of pressure strain of structures printed on the value of air permeability. The measurement is carried out using Blower Door Test on six variants using OSB boards as airtightening layers in the building. Part of the research was to verify the suitability of the test chamber and measuring devices for similar purposes and adjustment chamber
Outdoor environment imact on indoor room quality
Zemánek, Jan ; Horák, Petr (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
This thesis deals with the quality of the external and internal environment and the possibility of interaction. Resolves components, pollutants and sources of pollutants that are contained in the external and internal air and thus influence around us all. The theoretical part describes the resources, limit concentration or additional filtering of the individual substances. Are summarized in detail the possibility of air exchange and ventilation in buildings intended for public gatherings. Another part of the treatment methods solve indoor environmental quality (grade of primary school) according to the changes of air flow, ventilation options and the impact of external environment on indoor air quality. It also includes a proposal for forced ventilation of the building of the school. In the experimental part, I focused on the evaluation of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the external and internal environment and the possibilities of noise pollution. In conclusion, there are variants commented and evaluated.
Ventilation of family house with swiming pool
Frais, Denis ; Uher, Pavel (referee) ; Rubinová, Olga (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis is focused on the air condition of the family house with the indoor swimming pool. In the thesis the ventilation and the dehumidification of the swimming pool hall, the ventilation of the family house and the cooling of living room with the kitchen is included.
Airconditioning in kindergarten
Havlátová, Kristýna ; Andrys, Petr (referee) ; Rubina, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with design of air-conditioning systems in multistorey kindergarten. The design is made to fullfill functional, hygienic and operational ruqirements for the internal microclimate. The main task of air-conditioning systems is to cover heat losses in the winter, heat gains in the summer and intake of requirement minimum of fresh air. The theoretical part is about analysis of internal microclimate. It defines parts of internal microclimate and how to determine PMV and PPD accordig to ČSN EN ISO 7730. The practical part includes design of two air-conditioning systems of hot air rating and climatization for kindergarten. The result of the work is the implementing documentation of two air-conditioning systems for the object.
