Form Change of Crafts Entrepreneurship

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on changing the entrepreneurial form of business in architecture and design into limited company form of business. The thesis is devided in three parts - teoretical part, analytical part and proposal part. There is devoted a separate chapter for each of them. There are embedded the basic teoretical notes in the thesis and it is the starting point for the description of the recent situation of the business and in the last part of the thesis, there is proposed the strategy and development of the entrepreneurial activity based on the data processed in the analytical part.

Selected issues of legal forms of persecution in the 60s to 80s of the 20th century in Czechoslovakia Abstract After the year 1948, when the communist regime was established in Czechoslovakia, a number of persecutory instruments were enacted in order to suppress any disagreement with the established regime and to eliminate opponents of the socialist establishment. The thesis focuses on the period of the 1960s and 1980s, when the persecutions did not reach the level and cruelty they had in the 1950s, but they were still a very significant part of the repressive component of the government regime. The main focus of the work is on the persecution in the period before the so called Prague Spring, it follows the period of social relaxation in 1968 and the re-introduction of persecution mechanisms in the period after August 1968. In the first chapters, the work describes and analyzes legal developments after the Second World War with an emphasis on the 1960s and 1980s and subsequently concentrates on specific forms of enforcement, whether it is criminal prosecution, persecution in the field of citizenship, persecution in the field of property law or labor law. The theme of this diploma thesis is the change of the legal form of a business corporation focusing on transforming a limited liability company to a joint stock company. A detailed analysis of the entire transformation process has been car-ried out, with an emphasis on the project of changing the legal form. On the basis of data from the financial statements and business data CZ NACE 28, the method-ology for measuring the financial performance was selected for comparing the selected company with the sector. The aim was to verify the company's readiness to change its legal form. It also included reviewing the change in selected indica-tors before and after the company change. At the end, recommendations were made for companies planning to go through the similar change.

The theme of this diploma thesis is the change of the legal form of a business corporation focusing on transforming a joint stock company to a limited partnership company. In this diploma thesis a detailed analysis of the entire transformation has been carried out focusing on the project of changing the legal form. In order to compare the company, the methodology for measuring the financial performance was selected for company with the sector. The analysis of changes in selected indicators has been made before and after the change of legal form. In the conclusion of the thesis, recommendations were made for business entities considering changing the legal form.

Legal form of social service providers.

This Bachelor Thesis describes different legal forms of social service providers. The main goal of the thesis is to analyse various legal forms of the social service providers in relation to the service they provide, their founder and the place where they provide the service. The Thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter explains the term social service, its sub-chapters describe the forms of the social service. The second chapter describes the social services' founders and names them. Its sub-chapters summarize facts from the legal point of view and inform the reader, who is legal person, natural person or the Ministry of Labour and Social affairs and informs about their competence. The third part contains the goal of this thesis, research questions and used methodology. The practical part defines the objectives and research questions and the technique of data collection. Quantification of information using the questionnaire was used to meet the targets. There were 10 questionnaires created in total for the research part of the thesis, and they were used during the interviews at the social service providers.

The purpose of this work is to give guidance on creating a business project for starting companies. The work is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part defines terms related to legal forms of business, and also will explain possible sources of funding. The last chapter discusses the importance and structure of the business project, an emerging company. In the practical part I will present a business project and legal forms of business, which I chose for the business project and bring the advantages and disadvantages of selected legal form and the reason why I have this particular legal form chosen. The next step of my work will be acquainting the reader with an analysis of the company surroundings and marketing studies. The most important part of the practical part of this thesis is the financial project, which transformed with the previous section of the business project into numbers. In line with the findings in the theoretical part I create a business project that focuses its activities on photographic services.

Selecting the Appropriate Legal Form for the Amateur Theater Group

The thesis deals with the celection of suitable legal form for amateur theater group. The number of types of organizations, which are evaluated, is after the change of Civil Code quite huge and comprise besides non-profit organizations also border and mixed organizations. The main aim of thesis is to select the legal form, which is because of their characteristics the best for small amateur theater group and then set up an accountig system, which could the organization use. The amateur theater group is part of the Cultural department of the city, funded organization now. The main method is comparsion. Individually legal forms are compared according to valid laws and membership requirements, which is assigned a score. The sub-goals are creation of the code of rules and then set the accounting and taxes system.
