Touch voltages and earth surface potentials of selected earthing systems designs
Novodomec, Radim ; Topolánek, David (referee) ; Vyčítal, Václav (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis was to investigate the influence of the shape, size, placement of earthing systems designes as well as the influence of the soil model on the size of the resulting potential and touch voltage during the passage of ground current. For the construction and subsuquent simulation of these phenomena, the Ansys Maxwell Desktop program was used, which is suitable for using the finite element method, as the use of analytical methods is demanding. The results were further processed in Excel into graphs. The resulting touch voltage was determined as the difference between the maximum potential of the earthing system and the potential at distance of 1 meter.
The Scar
Sláma, Matěj ; Nytra, Martin (referee) ; Mazanec, Martin (advisor)
Diploma thesis Scar is a short film about the fictional history of the found „monument“. In the animated film, I examine the context and meaning of the „monument“ in a virtual environment that I created based on visual documentation and mapping of specific places that I explored during my expeditions through the urban landscape of Brno and The Hague. These are mainly „lost“ spaces (also referred to as vague terrain or no man's land), which inspired me to create my own visual map of my urban explorations. The starting point of the work is personal lived experience, which I reflect by documenting places, creating 3D objects and manipulating 3D scans of „lost“ spaces with elements of computer games. In the resulting film, the viewer follows a guide–walk through a virtual environment where objective reality is intentionally blended with a fictional world built on the author's imagination.
Determination of climatic factor on the degradation of various solar cells types
Peroutka, Tomáš ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
In this work are discussed photovoltaic cells. There are also discussed basic concepts of radiation source for solar cells. Also mentioned the issue of semiconductors and even the history and evolution of the solar cells. A large part deals with possibilities of photovoltaic cells degradation. In one chapter is an attempt to bring some types of photovoltaic cells and a description of the production of these modules. The practical part deals with photovoltaic modules degradation and its evaluation. Following part compares measured values with the values provided by producer of photovoltaic modules.
Visibility Determination in 3D Maze
Hodes, Vít ; Pečiva, Jan (referee) ; Polok, Lukáš (advisor)
This work is about solving the visibility problem in the environment of simple 3D maze by means of BSP tree and PVS computation between leaves. It contains description of key algorithms and processes for achieving this goal. In the core of this work were all of the implemented ways of drawing measured and mutually compared. At the end are outlined next possible steps in development and evaluating achieved results.
Renewable energy sources in CR
Sedlák, Pavel ; Novotný, Zdeněk (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
The content of bachelor study is the technical recherche of the renewable resources of energy in the Czech Republic. I'm ineterested in a kind of renewable resources of energy. This especially contains wind energy, hydroenergy, solar energy and biomass. In each chapter you can find some informations about development, principle of function, technical characteristics, environmental impact and potential in the Czech Republic. At the end of this study are noted economy and legislation especially supports and prices of each renewable resource of energy.
Architecture in landscape - Winery
Mikláš, Jan ; Vojtová, Lea (referee) ; Urbášková, Hana (advisor)
Master´s thesis deal with optimum proposal reset vineyard economy in viticultural area Strachotin. The task is utiliziation of landscape potential CHKO Palava and hydro-electric plant Nove Mlyny with promotion development agricultural tourism in the area. Theoretic part of thesis includes analyses inquiries and progression areas, production problems and vine processing. Practical part includes set of questionable drawings, used technology and material for security of correct performance function construction.
Geoturistický potenciál vybraných geologických a geomorfologických lokalit v okolí Milov ve Žďárských vrších
Pospíšil, Jan
The interest of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the geotourism potential of seven selected geological and geomorphological localities around Milovy in the Žďárské hills, their very characteristics and evaluation using the already established methodology of geosites / geomorphosites Mrs. RNDr. Lucie Kubalíkové, Ph.D. Selected localities represent not only natural monuments or nature reserves in the form of rock formations, which are in terms of geotourism within the area of interest very attractive, but also neglected meanders of the Svratka River. Geotourism potential is evaluated on the basis of methodological evaluation and questionnaire survey, designed for the target group of respondents. The key participants of the questionnaire survey are local residents (stakeholders) and visitors (tourists). The thesis compares the view of local residents and tourists on geotourism itself in the given locality and informs about the possible positive and negative impacts of tourism within the area of interest with an emphasis on selected geological and geomorphological sites.
Coaching and it's impact on performace of sales representants
Fabianová, Ivana ; Bahbouh, Radvan (advisor) ; Rymeš, Milan (referee)
Diploma thesis is devoted to an analysis of psychological coaching as a method promoting the use of human resources and human potential to the performance improvement and employee development. The theoretical part provides a definition of coaching. It deals with the principles and techniques of coaching, perception of reality, finding solutions and by setting and achieving goals. It discusses human potential as a layout of assumptions to human performance and its exploitation. It describes ways to improve the performance and life satisfaction through coaching. The work also presents an overview of psychological approaches in coaching. The second part consists of a quantitative research, in which they analyzed the results of sales representatives, who took coaching sessions, before and after coaching. Based on the results of the research part of the thesis, there is a statistically significant difference (p< .001) between the performance of sales consultants before coaching and in three other measurements after coaching. Key words Coaching, self-coaching, goals, coaching principles, effectivity, sales person, performance, potential.
Potencial of RES in the Czech Rep
Kříž, David ; Zlevorová, Tereza (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
In today's modern age, we still predominantly rely on non-renewable resources, the utilization of which further harms our planet Earth due to the significant greenhouse gas emissions. In order to reduce emission levels and the continuously increasing energy costs due to the diminishing supply of fossil fuels, humanity is striving to find alternative sustainable resources and methods for the future. The greatest hope for change lies in renewable energy sources. This work initially focuses on researching the currently available renewable resources in the Czech Republic, their gradual development throughout history, and their utilization methods here. Further information pertains to the projected development and potential of renewable resources in our country in the coming years, how we are capable of meeting the requirements set by the European Union, and what new technologies could be helpful in this regard. The final section presents a comparison of some significant European countries and selected neighbors in terms of the proportion of utilization of these resources.
