Transport truck for castings

The diploma thesis deals with the construction design of rail mounted transfer cars. The first of the designed cars is equipped with the electrical drive and the second is non-driven and must be towed or pushed. This thesis contains description of main components of the transfer cars and their implementation. The next section deals with original construction design of the transfer cars. The thesis includes functional calculation of travel wheels, the design and check of the travel unit and the strength calculation of the connecting pin. Conclusion of the thesis deals with the strength analysis of the transfer car frame using the finite element method. The required technical drawings are attached to the thesis.
The study of the behavior of track chassis using dynamic simulation

Objectives of the thesis is to develop research summarizing knowledge about the types of tracked undercarriages for existing mobile machines. Developing critical analysis of the various designs of track undercarriages with regard to their use - forest terrain, unpaved surface. Creating a basic structural design of one of the selected type of belt chassis suitable for use in the field. Verification by the design using dynamic simulation.
Bridge crane one-girder

This diploma thesis deals with constructional design and a calculation of one-girder bridge crane with the requested primary parametres: lifting capacity 10 000 kg, span 12 000 mm, wheel base 2 500 mm, travel height 7 000 mm. In diploma thesis, there is executed analysis of constructional designs of box girders, drawn up technical report with the analysis of the choice of the construction with important technical and physical calculations. Calculations were executed according to valid Czech state norms and literature. Drawing documentation is enclosed to this thesis.
Transfer table electromechanical

The aim of this thesis is to design a proposal of Transfer table electromechanical earmarked for transporting packs of sheets of tin with balance-sheet of electromechanical and electrohydraulic construction and to make important technical calculations. The introduction contains a description of the used constructional solution with the description of the individual parts of the transfer table and survey used components from different producer. The work includes functional calculations, which mainly includes the design and control of power running and lifting gear, calculate speeds and lift loads, the chain drives and other assemblies Transverse. Conclusion of this work deals with the assessment of the frame strength of the Transfer table using the finite element method. Further the work deals with the assessment of the maximum capacity of the machine and with any design modifications. The work also contains a design documentation, especially the plan of the Transfer table and detailed drawings of the frame and eccentric casters.
