Cooperation between beginning teachers and other teachers

The diploma thesis deals with the cooperation between beginning pedagogues and other colleagues at the primary school also with mutual support between them and also with workplace relationships which effects working of the whole school. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, the teacher's personality and his professional development are described. The following chapters describe the beginning teacher, his support from the management and the introducing teacher. The theoretical part also describes the cooperation of teachers, the most common forms of cooperation and the role of management in cooperation between teachers. The aim of the research in the empirical part is to find out how beginning teachers perceive support in their beginnings of the teaching profession, as well as how they perceive cooperation and relationships at the school where they began their teaching practice.

Program of Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking (RWCT) in the approach to teaching beginning teachers in the primary school

This thesis aims to reflect the stage of professionalteachers start first grade of primary school. It deals with pedagogical activities and responsibilities of primary school teachers and professional support you as a teacher stating clearly set out to professional qualities of a teacher or profilig on a new teacher education program teacher training in it. One of them is an innovative program Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking (RWCT). The aim of my thesis is the finding of such problems facing today's beginning teachers, helps them to overcome what level of involvement in RWCT own approach to teaching, the influence of the quality of knowledge of the principles and methods of the program RWCT in conception of educationon, on job and The professionalization of teacher. Worries and problems of a beginning teacher at primary school and how to solve them

This diploma thesis summarizes the knowledge in the field of professional readiness of beginning teachers with a focus on beginning teachers of primary schools. Literary research of Czech and foreign professional sources was used together with the use of conclusions from research surveys dealing with beginning teachers. The aim of the theoretical part of the work was to create a list of concerns and problems that beginning teachers most often face. In connection with this, to find out in the research part what view the mentor teachers have on the professional readiness of beginning teachers. The mentor teachers were chosen as the respondents for the qualitative survey, as they are in close and often regular contact with beginning teachers. The results show that there are areas in which beginning teachers are very well prepared from university studies, and then there are also areas in which mentor teachers are very helpful.

Parental evenings with teachers-beginners

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of parental evenings and their associated preparation, realization, process and communication of beginning teachers of primary school with pupils' parents. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a set of procedures and recommendations based on the data obtained from starting teachers and parents, which have been successfully implemented in practice and can be inspired not only by other novice teachers. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis identifies competencies that enable the teacher to effectively manage this professional situation and, on the basis of professional literature, it provides examples of conduct that contribute to better preparation and process of parental evenings. Research in the empirical part follows the cases of four beginning teachers. Methods which were used are observation, semi-structured interview and questionnaire. The research of this diploma thesis lasted for six months, during which were observed parental evenings, followed by interviews with beginning teachers.
