This diploma thesis solver the newly apartment building in Kuřim. It is a building with tree floors and basemet. The claccing of Porotherm 300mm and is insulated by contact insulation. The roofs are flat. The windows are plastic. In the basement asre garages, cellars, technical room and bicycle room. The other floors are flats.

Urban study of development area city - Kroměříž

This diploma thesis deals with the study of the new development of the current development area of the town of Kroměříž in its northeastern part behind the psychiatric hospital between the streets Lutopecká and Havlíčková. This territory connects the local part of Terezov and Barbořina. The aim of the study was to propose new housing for more than 1,200 inhabitants in a currently unbuilt area in accordance with a valid territorial plan. The solved territory is divided into three stages of construction. The northeastern part follows the existing housing development with two-storey apartment buildings. In the rest of the area there are designed individual houses and partly terraced houses. The area is complemented by a kindergarten, shops and a parking house. In accordance with the territorial plan there is also a park and a sports ground with a playground and a sports hall. The character of the territory is greatly influenced by some already existing engineering networks and their protection zones, the transfer of which is economically disadvantageous. Due to the marginal position of the solved territory, the study proposes the extension of the service by public transportation by another two places. The new transport link between streets Lutopecká and Havlíčková would cause a significant traffic movement to increase over the area, so the study envisages a calm traffic in the form of a maximum speed limitation of 30 km/h and the communication system consists of two-way and one-way communications. Transportation is provided by the garages belonging to family houses supported with parking along the roads. In the apartment part, parking is possible in the outdoor parking lots and to supplement the necessary capacity, the study also proposes a parking house.

I occupy with selected parts of the technological prepariation of building proces of a residential building in Vsetín in my diploma thesis. The building will be used for housing and retailing. The project is composed of eight building objects, while the main building structure is designed in detail. The subject of this thesis is the preparation of the technical report of the building, the treatise of the main technological stages, the design of the building site, the design of the main building machinery, the technology solutions including HSF and CTP, the construction budget, the time and financial planning of the construction and the specialization in the field of civil engineering.

The master´s thesis addresses the development of project documents for an atypical administrative building with the working title “Hodkovičky Office”. The structure is situated on multiple plots, which will be consolidated into two cadastral numbers. The administration building comprises 6 above-ground floors and 1st and 6th underground floors. Housing the technical facilities of the structure. The underground levels also feature parking spaces. The entrance is located in the southwest part of the plot. In the 1st floor access to the above-ground floors will be through a turnstile or security checkpoint. Additionally, these space can be utilized for large gatherings or private meetings. Floor 2-4 consist of office areas with individual rooms or open space layouts. The 5st floor is designated for office spaces for senior management. The building is a monolithic reinforced concrete combined structure with a central reinforcing core. The floors are constructed using monolithic reinforced concrete. A new built family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané. The construction system is classic walled from complex Ytong construction system. Roofing of the property has been executed through the single casing roofs. It is a ground floor building with no cellar where second floor is situated above the ground floor. The entrances of residential part of the house and dental surgery are located on the street. In front of the property parking is provided. Residential rooms and zones are oriented towards the garden and create feeling of calm hinterland with a broad countryside view.

Bachelor of work ,,Detached house with hairdresser in Loštice "deals with the operation of premium villa in Loštice. The building is situated in flat terrain. The building is designed as a 2-storey, slab-on-ground in wall systems in HELUZ. Ceilings are designed as monolithic. Roofs designed as flat on two levels, in the first level as a terrace roof and vegetation, in the 2nd level as the flat roof with gravel. The house is founded on primer passports. Cladding the building is designed as a contact heating system or as a ventilated facade. The 1st floor is designed facilities house with living room, kitchen, guest room and a hairdresser. In the 2nd floor bedrooms are located in the library.

This diploma thesis deals with alaboration of projekt documentation for Apartment building with a cafe and grocery shop. The building has a three-storey and partly basement. The apartment building is designed as a wooden building consisting of a wooden skeleton of glued laminated timber. The basement and the core of the building is designed as a reinforced concrete monolith construction. Roofing of the building is designed as flat roof. The land for projekct is situated in town Kroměříž on Lutopecenská street. Before of apartment building is designed areas of acces sidewalks, parking and conection to street road.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu s vegetační střechou a terasou se střešní zahradou

Diploma thesis deals with the design of a family house of wooden buildings for 5–6 persons. It is a non-cellular object. The building will be multi-level. The two-storey building will be roofed with a low-slope vegetation roof, and two terraces with roof green are designed above the single-storey section. The work contains design of structures for individual types of roofs. There are described the methods of technical calculations and design of the construction. It contains an extensive overview of green roofs. There are presented technical parameters of the vegetation formation, proposals of individual compositions, links to the surrounding terrain and functions of the green roof. The main part of the work is the design and assessment of roof structures. The accompanying drawing documentation of the selected family house solution is included.
