A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

This master’s thesis is focuses on the design of a corporate financial plan for a specific company. The thesis is divided into three main parts. In the introductory part there are the theoretical background necessary for the elaboration of the given topic. Subsequently, the selected company is introduced and a thorough strategic and financial analysis is performed. This is followed by a proposal of a corporate financial plan for the next four years, both in an optimistic and pessimistic variant. Finally, a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed financial plan is carried out.

The master‘s thesis deals with the creation of a draft of a financial plan for a specific company, which is PANAV, a.s. The work is divided into individual parts. The first part is theoretical and based on professional works containing information on company's financial planning. In the following part, an analysis of the researched company as well as the strategic and financial analysis are carried out. The last part focuses on a proposal of a financial plan for the next four years, which is based on the findings from previous analyses and the company's goals. This proposal is evaluated at the end of the work through a financial and sensitivity analysis.

The first part contains a theoretical background needed to process the topic. In the next part, the selected company is introduced and its strategic and financial analysis is performed. Based on the results of the analyses, a financial plan is processed in an optimistic and pessimistic variant for the period 2021-2024, including evaluation of the financial plan.
