Apartment building Dvůr Králové nad Labem
Höllová, Natálie ; Krupica, Roman (referee) ; Bantová, Sylva (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the project documentation for the construction of a residential building called "Bytový dům Dvůr Králové nad Labem" (Residential Building Dvůr Králové nad Labem). The plot is located in the northwest part of the town Dvůr Králové nad Labem in Verdek, which resembles a rural area in its character. There is an existing agricultural building on the plot, as it used to serve as a farm. On the south side across the street, there is the Labe River, but the plot is not located in a flood-prone area. It is situated in a mixed residential-rural zone where only low-rise residential buildings with a maximum of 2 above-ground floors and an attic are allowed to be constructed. Due to the size of the plot and the location of the existing structure, the design of the new building is adapted to utilize the area to its permissible maximum. Considering the location of the plot in a peaceful part of the village, the new residential building is suitable for permanent living for families with small children. The CHKO nature park with the Les Království reservoir is located nearby. The building has a simple rectangular shape measuring 9.9 x 31.9 meters, resembling a barn with balconies. The design was also adapted to the existing building's rectangular shape. The structure consists of a basement and 3 above-ground floors with a pitched roof and dormer windows with wooden cladding. It is divided into two parts with separate entrances. In total, there are 10 residential units of various categories and 2 studios in the residential building. The structure will be founded on foundation strips, and due to the presence of radon level 3, two layers of 4mm asphalt strips will be used, along with subfloor ventilation through perforated pipes extending above the roof. The external walls will be made of Heluz Family 44 blocks with a thickness of 440 mm, and the internal load-bearing walls will be constructed with Heluz Profi 30 AKU blocks with a thickness of 300 mm. The ceiling construction will be made of Spiroll prefabricated panels, and the staircase will also be prefabricated by the manufacturer Prefa. The roof will be made of trusses, allowing space for an attic.
