Předmětem zadání diplomové práce bylo zpracování sportovního areálu pro stádium provádění staveb. Navržený objekt kombinuje změnu stávajícího stavu s přístavbou současného objektu. Jedná se o stavbu určenou pro sport a rekreaci, má 2 nadzemní a jedno podzemní částečně podsklepené podlaží zapuštěné do svažitého terénu pozemku. V objektu se nachází šatny se zázemím a příslušenství, v objektu je nově navrženo fitness zařízení se saunou. Součástí stavby jsou venkovní parkovací stání. V prvním nadzemním podlaží původního objektu se nachází šatny pro sport se zázemím a schodiště. V přístavbě prvního podlaží jsou navrženy prostory fitness a umývárny. V další části se nachází hygienické prostory pro veřejnost a místnosti pro občerstvení. V druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází klubovna a společenská místnost. V části přístavby je umístěno 2. patro s fitness a sauna s vlastním vstupem. V podzemním podlaží jsou umístěny sklady. Nosnou konstrukci tvoří v původní části cihelné zdivo z cihel plných. Přístavby jsou navrženy z CLT panelů. Panely tvoří nosné konstrukce pro stěny, stropy a střechu. Základové konstrukce jsou ze železobetonu stejně jako podzemní podlaží. Fasáda je tvořena vodorovným modřínovým obkladem a falcovaným kovovým obkladem. Zateplení tvoří minerální vlna ve fasádě a PIR desky ve střeše. The subject of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of a sports complex for the construction stage. The proposed facility will be a modification of the existing state with an extension of the current facility. The building is intended for sports and recreation, has 2 above ground and 1 underground partially basement floor embedded in the sloping terrain of the site. The building contains changing rooms with facilities and accessories, and a newly designed fitness facility with sauna. The building includes outdoor parking spaces. On the first floor of the original building there are changing rooms for sports with facilities and staircase. In the extension of the first floor, fitness and washroom facilities are proposed. In another part there are sanitary facilities for the public and refreshment rooms. On the second floor there is a clubhouse and a lounge. In part of the extension is located 2 nd floor fitness and sauna with its own entrance. In the underground floor there are warehouses. The load-bearing structure consists of solid brickwork in the original part. The extensions are designed in clt panels. The panels form the load-bearing structure for the walls, ceilings and roof. The foundation structures are made of reinforced concrete same as as the underground floor. The façade consists of horizontal larch cladding and folded metal cladding. The insulation consists of mineral wool in the facade and pir boards in the roof.
