Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu a vypracování dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Bytový dům je umístěn na okraji města Olomouce. Okolní zástavba je tvořena především bytovými domy. Budova je navržena jako samostatně stojící se čtyřmi nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V suterénu objektu jsou umístěny sklepní kóje pro každou bytovou jednotku, technické zázemí objektu a společenská místnost. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkově 9 bytových jednotek. Ve třetím a čtvrtém podlaží jsou byty mezonetové. Svislé nosné konstrukce v suterénu jsou z betonových tvarovek, v nadzemních podlažích z keramických tvárnic typu THERM. Stropy jsou provedeny jako železobetonové monolitické desky. Objekt je zastřešen šikmou střechou. A subject of bachelor thesis is a new apartment building and the processing of the design docu-mentation for construction. The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc. The surrounding area consists mainly of apartment buildings. The building is designed as a free-standing building with four above-ground floors and one basement. In the basement of the building there are cellars for each apartment unit, technical facilities of the building and a common room. There are 9 apartment units on the above ground floors. On the third and the fourth floor are designed maisonette apartments. Vertical supporting structures in the basement is made of concrete blocks, on the upper floors of ceramic blocks of THERM type. The ceilings are made as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The roof is designed as a pitched roof.
