Adaptation of teaching staff in kindergartens

The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue. The system of personal work in selected organization

This thesis deals with the analysis of personnel work in a selected company and proposing improvement measures for any deficiencies. In the theoretical part are analyzed opinions of authors, who deal with the personnel work. Basic structure of personal work used in this thesis is creation and job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of staff, their evaluation and remuneration, deployment of staff, termination of employment, education and care for workers, relationships with employers and HR information system. In the pracical part is the analyzed company introduced at first, its business activities and history. Then the basic information about employees are meantioned, their number and changes in last five years. Organizational structure is described here too. At the end of the thesis are improvement neasures for some of the personal work.

The thesis with the title ?The system of personal work in selected organization? concentrates on the area of the system of management of personal work and personal activities with the aim of realization of company aims and more specifically employees in schools. The content of the thesis is the analysis of the allowance organization in the area of the system of personal work of pedagogical employees in Poděbradova basic school in Strakonice, whose establisher is the town of Strakonice. The aim of this diploma work is the analysis of the system of personal work in selected organization, the evaluation of this system and proposals for the improvement of management in this organization. The outcomes of the thesis are proposals for the improvement of the system of management of personal work and personal activities, which will help to optimize the system. The development of not only pedagogical employees is very important for the society. A pedagogical employee represents an important role in the upbringing and education of the next generation, that?s why his or her further education does not concern only his or her professional side.
A Survey of Satisfaction among Employeesin of a Health-Care Facility

The aim of this thesis is analyze employee satisfaction in Jindřichův Hradec Hospital, a.s. by using a questionnaire inquiry. Overall, the thesis is divided into four parts, which are the introduction, theoretical part, practical part and conclusion. The thesis begins with an introduction, which describes the structure of the thesis, the reason for selecting the theme and the treatment process. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters, where is described human resource management in the context of disciplines such as psychology and sociology, also mentions the company culture, motivation, employee evaluation system and possibility research of their satisfaction. The practical part is especially concentrated on the questionnaires evaluation and consists of two chapters. The first chapter is focused on a brief description of the organization, in the second chapter is made the questionnaire evaluation. The conclusion summarizes the conclusions resulting from the questionnaire inquiry and suggested measures. Keywords: job satisfaction, personal work, motivation
The Influence of Economic Crisis in Techo, a.s.

This Thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theory clarifies basic terms concerning the economic crisis, the field of human resources and defines the terms of merger and acquisition. Then, this theoretical part presents a period of economic crisis in the light of macroeconomic indicators and other indicators that brings near the specifics of this period. The practical part analyses two fields in the Techo Corporation -- the field of human resources and the company's strategy in the form of acquisition. According to the analysis, in the end of this Thesis, there are summarized impacts of economic crisis onto the analyzed field of human resources. There also appears a review of realized acquisition in the end of this work.
