Stanoviště reliktních borů v jihozápadní části Českého masivu
Velek, Martin
This bachelor thesis deals with selected natural habitats with the occurrence of forest pine (Pinus sylvestris). Selected locations are located in the southwestern part of the Bohemian Massif in conditions of higher hillsides and highlands. The rock trenches of the localities are formed in the lower parts of the slate and the scallops of the upper proteozoic, in the central parts there are the bumblebee knots which form the character of the territory. On these azonal sites, complex soil samples of O- and A-horizons were collected. Samples are compared to selected soil properties. The laboratory results were confronted with the findings from field surveys at selected localities
Veltlínské zelené a jeho variabilita ve Znojemské vinařské podoblasti
Jíra, Filip
This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of soil and climatic conditions on Grüner Veltliner. Furthermore, it examines its variability in the Znojmo wine-growing sub-region as the smallest sub-region in Moravia. The main task of the thesis is to map the Znojmo wine-growing sub-region from the point of view of climatic, geological and soil conditions and to mention important grapevine growers and wine producers. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis there is a sensory and basic chemical analysis of wines of Grüner Veltliner variety, year 2017, which are included in the VOC Znojmo appellation system. The acquired knowledge is evaluated and described in detail in the thesis.

Vliv podnože na příjem minerálních látek
Šimoníková, Lenka
This work has been written on the topic Effect of rootstocks on the intake of minerals. In this work I was concerned with using the rootstock used in vineyards in the Czech Republic. What are the positives and negatives their utilization. The history of rootstocks have the use as a weapon against the aphid grape phylloxera. Description of individual rootstocks and botanical species from which they are crossed as well. Evaluation of soil conditions that are the most suitable for the rootstock. Furthermore, what impact does it on the income base minerals for the whole bush and the berries. Characterization of the individual elements of mineral nutrition for optimal growth of shrubs. And last but not least the application of rootstocks in practice.

Influence of physiogeographic conditions on runoff extremity (Case study: Comparison of small catchments in the central area of Šumava Mountains)
Hojovec, Daniel ; Janský, Bohumír (advisor) ; Matoušková, Milada (referee)
In connection with the increasing occurrence of extreme hydrological situations, new opportunities for flood protection are emerging. Among these options also includes the gradually increase water retention capacity and to reduce runoff variability in headstream areas. This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of three physical geographical different river basins in the headstream area of Šumava mountains. The main aim of this study is a research influence of physiogeographic conditions on runoff extremity in the catchment of individual selected streams on the basis of a comparative analysis. Extremity runoff is represented by selected flood situations that were processed on the basis of data from the experimental monitoring of Department of Physical Geography and Geoecology, Faculty of Science, Charles University in Prague. The opening part of this thesis consists of literary research, physical geographical and hydrographical characteristics of all catchment areas. The main part of the thesis is focused on description and comparison of extreme situations in the monitored catchments. The conclusion of the thesis is an evaluation, which consists in the assessment of the influence of physiogeographic conditions on runoff extremity. In the final evaluation it was found that the reaction of Černý...

Vliv půdních, klimatických podmínek a aplikovaných pomocných látek na kvalitu hroznů dané lokality
Marek, Jan
This thesis is focused on the recognition quality impact of the soil conditions, climate and applied auxiliary plant preparations used on grapevine in the experimental area Olbramovice. The experiment was established in 2011 as part of the bachelor's thesis, on the Chardonnay variety and contained only one experimental variant. This variant was in the year 2012 expanded to three other experimental variations, to give a better assess the synergistic effect of climatic and soil conditions, different plant nutrition, stress factors and auxiliary plant preparations (Energen) applied to the experimental planting. In 2013, the experiment was again repeated to the same composition as the experimental variant in 2012. Comparison of experimental and control variants of all varieties was based on uvological values (yield was based on the average weight of bunches from one bush) and analytical values (pH, acid levels and content of sugar).
