The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the evaluation of the economics of a selected non-profit organization, contribution organization Mateřská škola Lištička. The first part defines aims of the thesis and the methods used, then it presents theoretical part including the basic terms associated with non-profit organisations. Third part comprises the analysis of the current economic of the organization and overall assessment of the financial situation. In the last part based on the analysis it presents suggestions for improving the financial situation of the organization.

The thesis describes allowance organizations from the perspective of Czech legislation and the possibilities of a modified financial analysis. It focuses on the analysis of the selected organization and its summary evaluation of the economy. Solutions for improving the organization's economy are proposed on the basis of the results found.

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the economy activities of selected governmental non- profit organization. The thesis contains in the theoretical part a description of the issues of the non-profit sector. In the analytical part of the thesis, there is a cost-revenue analysis and modified financial analysis. According to results from analysis, there is a summary of development of the economy. In conclusion, there are presented own solutions of organization s weaknesses.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and evaluation of the economy of a selected non-profit organization, "Správa majetku města Chropyně". The first part of the thesis contains the theoretical background of the thesis, focused on allowance organizations. The second part analyses the costs and revenues of the organisation between 2019 and 2023 and assesses these costs and revenues using the indicators of the modified financial analysis. The third part presents proposals for reducing costs and increasing revenues of the organization.

In this bachelor's thesis, the author focuses on the analysis of the status and proposal of changes to the motivational program in the selected company. The work is divided into three main chapters. The theoretical part contains definitions of the basic areas of motivation, employee care, employee remuneration and employee benefits. The analytical part of the work describes the selected company and analyzes the current state of the motivational program using selected research methods. The last part then contains its own suggestions for improvement based on the analytical part of the work.

Assets Inventorying in Conditions of a Contributory Organization

This work characterizes the basic terms associated with contributory organizations established by territorial self-governing units. It describes the theoretical aspects of inventorying according to current legal regulations. The work is focused on the characteristics of the selected contributory organization and on the analysis of the property inventorying process. This analysis is carried out in cooperation with the contributory organization ABC whose name is not given, because the selected contributory organization did not wish to publish it is data. The thesis analyses specifically inventory committee, types of inventories, inventorying documents, specifically acquired property and selected types of property. The thesis evaluates the entire inventorying process in the contributory organization ABC. Based on the obtained internal documents from the contributory organization, the work deals with ascertaining the actual assets and their subsequent comparison with the accounting conditions. The work is concluded by evaluating the results of the inventorying analysis and recommending suggestions for improvement. The resulting information helps the organization improve the inventorying process and helps in deciding on the return of borrowed property due to the risk of damage and the subsequent necessary payment of damages to the lender.

Economic Activity as a Secondary Source of Incomes

This bachelor's thesis characterizes the basic terms associated with non-profit organizations. It describes the used types of financial resources of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic, especially contributory organizations established by territorial self-governing units. The work presents the characteristics of the selected non-profit organization and describes its operation in supplementary activities. The thesis analyses the existing funding system of a selected non-profit organization with a focus on supplementary activities. It processes a horizontal and vertical analysis of supplementary activity based on data provided by the contributory organization, Academy Světlá nad Sázavou, secondary school and higher vocational school, and assesses its results. The thesis ends with an evaluation of the significance of this supplementary activity and possible proposals for changes to the existing funding system within the supplementary activity. The resulting proposals help the non-profit organization to make changes in its supplementary activity to increase its overall income.

Project of In-house Accounting Guidelines in Non-profit Organization

This bachelor’s thesis is focussed on problems of accounting policy in one non-profit organization. An analysis of legislative requirements related to the topic is presented at the beginning of the thesis. Afterwards the thesis investigates cerrent accounting procedure in the organization and points out its practical weak spots. The target of this bachelor’s thesis is to redesign, to update and to improve the organization’s accounting procedure. Finally, in the bachelor’s thesis the acceptable accounting policy for the organization’s management is presented here.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Company and Proposals to its improvement

The topic of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the financial situation of the company Úrazová nemocnice v Brně within the period years 2012 till 2016. The theoretical part defines clarifies concepts, methods and indexes of financial analysis. In the analytical part will be calculated the individual indexes based on the accounting data of the company, including interpretation. According to the results, the last part will outline several possible measures to improvement the financial situation of the company.
