Tato práce charakterizuje základní pojmy spojené s příspěvkovými organizacemi zřizovanými územními samosprávnými celky. Popisuje teoretické aspekty inventarizace podle současných právních předpisů. Práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybrané příspěvkové organizace a na analýzu průběhu procesu inventarizace majetku. Tato analýza je prováděna ve spolupráci s příspěvkovou organizací ABC, jejíž název není uveden, protože zmíněná příspěvková organizace si nepřála zveřejňovat svoje údaje. Práce analyzuje konkrétně inventarizační komise, druhy inventur, inventarizační písemnosti, specificky nabývaný majetek a vybrané druhy majetku. Tedy práce hodnotí celý proces inventarizace v příspěvkové organizaci ABC. Na základě získaných interních dokumentů od příspěvkové organizace se práce zabývá zjišťováním skutečných stavů majetku a jejich následným porovnáním se stavem účetním. Práce je zakončena vyhodnocením výsledků inventarizační analýzy a doporučením návrhů na zlepšení. Výsledné informace pomohou organizaci zlepšit proces inventarizace. Také organizaci pomůžou v rozhodování o vrácení vypůjčeného majetku z důvodu rizika poškození a následné nutné úhrady škody půjčiteli. This work characterizes the basic terms associated with contributory organizations established by territorial self-governing units. It describes the theoretical aspects of inventorying according to current legal regulations. The work is focused on the characteristics of the selected contributory organization and on the analysis of the property inventorying process. This analysis is carried out in cooperation with the contributory organization ABC whose name is not given, because the selected contributory organization did not wish to publish it is data. The thesis analyses specifically inventory committee, types of inventories, inventorying documents, specifically acquired property and selected types of property. The thesis evaluates the entire inventorying process in the contributory organization ABC. Based on the obtained internal documents from the contributory organization, the work deals with ascertaining the actual assets and their subsequent comparison with the accounting conditions. The work is concluded by evaluating the results of the inventorying analysis and recommending suggestions for improvement. The resulting information helps the organization improve the inventorying process and helps in deciding on the return of borrowed property due to the risk of damage and the subsequent necessary payment of damages to the lender.
