Family house with atelier

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a house with a studio. Building site is situated on the periphery of the town Bystré u Poličky. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors with no cellar. On the ground floor is situated garage with room for two cars. Integral part of bachelor thesis is a seminar paper. It deals with authentication functionality of family house in selected heating technology terms.

Production of the "truss beam" component in a smaller engineering company

The bachelor thesis describes manufacturing of the "trussed beam" component in a small engineering company. This work is divided to several parts. The first part consists of theoretical points, which describes selected economic terms, terms about manufacturing and specific engineering technologies. Part two contains an analysis of the current state. In part three is created proposal solving, which including a product price calculation and proposal for streamlining production process and technological and economic evaluation.

Footbridge

The topic of my Bachelor's thesis is a static assessment of a bearing structure of a current footbridge which is also used for cycling. It is placed in Kunovice near Uherské Hradiště. The length of span is 28 meters. Its construction is solved as space framework with through-span. Main beam is truss structure with upper saddle flange. The height of beam in the middle of the span is 2.5 meters and above supports is 1.5 meters. The calculation is done either by hand or using calculation program Scia Engineer 2012.0.

Detached low energy house

The bachelor’s thesis is aimed on the solution of construction of "Detached low energy house" in form of project documentation. The house is intended for one family. It is located on parcel number 664/42, cadastral area Medlov (Brno-venkov) district. The house is without basement and has two stories with no garage.. The object is pre-cast concrete building with flat roof with a slope of 1 °.

Multipurpose hall in Hodonín

Master´s thesis describes the design and the check of the construction of the art gallery. This hall has the elliptical ground plan, the main dimensions are 25 x 40 m and the height is 12 m. The structure consists of 24 supporting curved ribs, which are supported on elliptical ring of steel at the top of the construction. Between the ribs are inserted purlins, which support the perimeter cladding. The structure is designed alternatively like the system of the timber solid beams from the glued laminated timber and the system of the steel truss girders.

Alternative design of steel footbridge over river Svratka on Bernáčkova street

The aim of this bachelor thesis is alternative design and assessment of loadbearing structure of steel footbridge over river Svratka on Bernáčkova street in Brno. Main superstructure will have two steel-truss girders joined with lower orthotropic deck. For assessment of superstructure a three-dimensional structural computational model was created in software Dlubal RFEM 5.13. The span of the footbridge is 52,5 m, free width is 5 m, height is variable. The structure was designed according to currently valid standarts to the ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. Supporting elements are designed from steel of class S355.

Sliding and Lifting Platform

This thesis describes a project of a mobile stage device that will be used for a concert tour of Lucie. The first part characterizes the given task and expounds description and function of the device itself. The second part focuses on the design concept of supporting frames. This is followed by design and calculation of all mechanisms, actuators and construction of individual moving parts of a sliding and lifting platform. The last part verifies stability of the whole construction in accordance with appropriate standards. The thesis also contains technical documentation, which is to be found in appendix.

Multi-storey building

The object of this thesis is to design and assess steel structure of multi-storey office center in Vsetín. Floor plan dimensions of building are 48x40m. The building has ten floors. Overall height is 35,5m. The building ceilings made of composite steel and concrete structure. The part of build are roofer atrium and one bigger room aula with dimensions 24x16m. Two construction variants were designed and assessed. Longitudinal and transverse rigity of variant A is ensured by truss bracing. Transverse rigity of variant B is ensured by truss bracing and longitudinal rigity is braced by bracing frames. The variant A is better.
