Tracked vehicle for a transport
Vašíř, Vít ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on the conceptual design of a tracked chassis for the transport of unified palletising boxes. The initial chapters of the thesis will discuss the currently used tracked chassis designs and their components. Subsequently, the conceptual design of the chassis will be developed, its properties and parameters will be calculated, and selected structural elements will be designed in detail.
Mini dumper for transporting bulk material
Sedláček, Tomáš ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Zeizinger, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the conceptual design of a minidumper. These machines are primarily used for transporting bulk material in small-scale earthworks. The introductory research describes selected similar devices. The research section serves as a basis for selecting a suitable conceptual solution. In the thesis, the solution of a tracked minidumper with a hydrostatic drive system and a hydraulic tipping of the dump body is selected. Part of the conceptual solution design is the design of the hydraulic circuit. Furthermore, the construction of the tracked chassis and other selected components is specified. The calculation section focuses on machine's drive system and the tipping of the dump body. This section covers the selection of the power unit, hydraulic pump, hydraulic motors and the linear hydraulic actuator. The end of the thesis is dedicated to the strength analysis of the machine's frame. The frame is subjected to strength analyses using the finite element method. Throughout the strength analyses, the frame is modified to enhance its load-bearing capacity. Drawing documentation for the final version of the frame is created. The thesis also includes drawing documentation of the minidumper assembly.
Tracked vehicle for attachment of the service
Moša, Jan ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a remote-controlled tracked vehicle. In the first part of the work, short research with a market comparison was prepared. Subsequently, a conceptual design of the vehicle was developed. Initially, performance and power calculations were made, according to which design components were chosen. Then a separate vehicle structure was made. At the end of the work, the selected parts were checked for strength. The result of the work is a complete conceptual design of the vehicle with drawings of selected components.
Crawler chassis for a forwarder
Beránek, Jakub ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on using different types of caterpillar tracks with effort to minimize pressure of vehicle on forest land and keep the required speed and traction. The fractionation of undercarriage and evaluate of their abilities is provided in this work. After that, the process of deploying tracks and process of tensioning tracks is described. In the end the conceptual design of undercarriage is conducted
Tracked vehicle for working on a slope
Těšický, Petr ; Urbánek, Michal (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the conceptual design of a remotely controlled tracked vehicle for work on a slope. In the first part, a short research analysis of remotely controlled tracked vehicles is performed. During the design of the concept itself, dimensional, force and power calculations are performed. The design of some components is based on these calculations. Strength calculations for certain components are performed in the last part of this work. The result is a conceptual design of a remotely controlled tracked vehicle.
The design of a mobile crawler undercarriage for transport mechine
Mareš, Michal ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
First part of this bachelor's thesis deals with the review of delta undercarriage for mobile crawlers with four delta crawler undercarriage. The text discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this approach. The second part of this work is aimed on the construction of such delta carriage with a maximum load of 5000 kg. The carriage is designed as modular to be able to be easily replaced. This basic concept was followed by precise mechanical design and the construction was supported by the basic mechanical computations of important parts. Detailed three-dimensional model of the undercarriage was performed in the Autodesk Inventor 2015 software.
The study crawler undercarriages of mobile machines
Hluzín, Filip ; Škopán, Miroslav (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with study of crawler undercarriage of mobile machines. There is a description of frames and other components of machine’s undercarriage in the first part. There is a comparison between selected undercarriage in the second part.
The study of the behavior of track chassis using dynamic simulation
Hudec, Karel ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Jonák, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the study of the undercarriage, their components and organization. Further, this work is focused on selected types of machines with tracked chassis moving in forestry or for operation in forest ground. The second part of the thesis deals with the design of the tracked chassis for the forwarder and the subsequent verification of the functionalities by dynamic simulation.
Design of a mattrack unit of an RC model produced by the 3D printing
Mašek, Dominik ; Rekem, Jakub (referee) ; Otipka, Václav (advisor)
The focus of this bachelor thesis is 3D print and design of mattrack unit for the RC off-road car. In the first part there are description of 3D print technologies, materials for 3D print and evaluation which of this method is suitable for hobby printers. The second part is focused on technical solution and the design of mattrack unit, most of unit parts are made by 3D print. First step was choosing of type of construction which should be inspiration for this mattrack unit. It was necessary to choose suitable tolerance of holes and pins to get required deposition of printed parts. There was problem with an unstrung belt when bodies of guiding wheels rotated. This problem was solved by the mechanical limitation of rotate. The construction is described by the technical documentation which was created by the 3D model.
Mobile Robot Design
Valík, Michal ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of machinware of mobile robot. The purpose of this work is to design complete technical product documentation for manufacturing of a prototype. In first theoretical part of this thesis there is an analysis of contemporary situation of mobile robots. In second practical section, there is a design of all needed mechanical parts for tracked vehicle, all needed calculations are included. Diploma thesis contains hazard analysis, complete technical product documentation with 3D model included and final price statement.
