The Use of Project Management Methods at IT Projects Management.

The diploma thesis deals with a problematics of project management. The major point is to create a project that is aiming on expanding field of aktivity in selected company with the use of theoretical knowledge of project management. This knowledge is desribed in first chapter of the diploma thesis. The second chapter contains basic informations about company and the analysis of company surroundings. The last part of the thesis solves proposals and desribes benefits created by these solutions in monitored company.

This work deals with design and implementation of ordering system in VBA programming language. The program allows you to create new orders, generate invoices and also offers records of orders made for possible claims. The software also includes stock records for goods management and calculates prices of paint work.

Situační analýza mezinárodní přepravy zboží

The work focuses on the transport of goods between Greece and the Czech Republic and the development that is affected by the pandemic situation associated with the disease Covid-19. The aim is to transfer the transport data to the maps and subsequently create the optimization of stocks in connection with the development of freight prices at the selected company. This thesis was created on the basis of the analysis of primary and secondary sources. The internal sources of the analyzed company and the internal sources of suppliers are used as primary sources. The international transport and logistics itself is addressed in the theoretical part of the work and includes individual concepts in the field of transport and logistics, ordering systems, information technology and the definition of transport channels. The practical part works with data from 2020 and the first quarter of 2021 of Soma n Botanicals and Soma n Botanicals CZ / SK. In addition to the optimization of stocks, the final part of the work also evaluates the development of freight prices and the impact of the pandemic on transportation.

The topic of school catering operation is an integral part of the management of nursery schools, primary schools, secondary schools and other school organizations. The provision of school catering services is one of the duties of school managers - that is the reason why is this issue considered as a part of school management. This work is divided into several thematic parts. It the introduction part are explained terms concerning the subject of school catering, then the connection with Czech legislation is explained. Following chapters explain possible advantages of using informational technologies and their benefits for clients as well as for canteen operators. This part also deals with the area of communication, ordering system, inventory, and accountancy. The practical part of this work is focused on given task - to find out to which point, and in which area explicitly the information technologies are used in school catering.
