Kindergarten in Horní Heršpice

The master´s thesis deals with the project documentation of the kindergarten in Horní Heršpice. The structure is designed as a detached building with one floor. The ground plan is in the shape of the letter „U“. The kindergarten has two compartments, each of which is intended for 20 children. There is also a kitchen and technical facilities in the building. Solid wood panels (type CLT) from the Novatop company were selected as the structural system. The building is based on foam glass, on which there is a reinforced concrete slab. One part of the building is topped by a flat „green roof“, and the second part with a slanted roof. Access to the building is from the north, where the parking is also situated.

Bachelor thesis project documentation of the house. House is designed in the cadastral area of Dolní Město. A land is located in a residential area. The land is located on the plane. The house has an atypical layout with overall dimensions of 16.5 x 17.35 m The plot is built separate parking space. Family house is single-storey with a hipped roof. The building is partly basement. The supporting system of vertical and horizontical structures are made by Porotherm blocks. In the basement of the structure of concrete blocks. Truss structure is formed using the truss system.
Multifunction sports hall

This master’s thesis deals with the design documentation multifunction sports hall. The building is situated in the region in the Vysočina village Humpolec, cadastral district Humpolec. The building is designed as a prefabricated skeleton, where the vertical load-bearing structures are designed from the prefabricated skeleton of PREFA BRNO and filling and partition walls of the structural system POROTHERM and BTB fittings. Horizontal structures are formed by the supporting elements prefabricated skeleton system of PREFA BRNO and ceiling panels SPIROLL. The main single-storey multifunction hall is roofed with wooden trusses of curved from glued laminated timber and purlins carrying roof deck. The other part of the building is covered with flat single-ply roofs. The building is divided into a main single-storey multifunction sports hall and an outbuilding with facilities for athletes and spectators about two floors above ground and a third technical floor. The building is solved as barrier-free.
Detached house, Jemnice

This bachelor thesis deals with the project of realization a new-building house in Jemnice and contains the technical and construction part of documentation. The house is partly cellared with one floor and hipped roof. The building is designed of building materials, which are traditionally used for an area of central Europe.
Kindergarten in Šlapanice

This thesis concerns the project design and building design of school facilities, more specifically kindergarten in Šlapanice. It is a new building of the kindergarten, implemented on land plots numbers 2801/69 – 72 and number 2801/74, which is located in Šlapanice near the city of Brno in southern Moravia. The building is designed for the upbringing and education of preschool children. Kindergarten consists of two units for a total of 40 children, component of the proposed building are also spaces designed for leisure activities (multipurpose room). Horizontally building corresponds approximately T – shaped. It is a building without a basement, with one floor, divided into five functional sections (or zones), with the middle part of the building – community area – is designed to be elevated. The building is designed as a brick construction from Porotherm, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete thickness of 300 mm, the roof is made up of the single – layer flat roofs with load layer of washed gravel, entrance doors and windows are made of plastic. This proposal corresponds to the technical requirements and the requirements of the investor (builder).

The aim of my master ‘s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of kindergarten as nearly zero – energy buildings. The project consists of three parts. The first part (main part) presents the civil engineering design of the building. Kindergarten is single storey-building. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from lime-sand blocks (above - ground floor) and the hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from the prestressed Spiroll floor panels. The roof consists of a flat roof with extensive greenery. The second part presents technical equipment of buildings. The third part presents acoustic assesment outside Kindergarten. The building site contains also an outdoor playground. I am using AutoCad software for drawing and Deksoft to calculate Energy Performance Certificate. All structures comply with the regulations and valid standards.
