Needs of intervention center workers at work with persons threatened by domestic violence

Diploma thesis "Needs of intervention center workers at work with persons threatened by domestic violence" defines basic concepts in the theoretical section that relate to topic - violence, abuse, domestic violence, violent person, threatened person, expulsed person, expulsion. The thesis also defines characteristics of working with threatened persons and the status of intervention centers in the system of services. Besides that, it deals with the authorization of the institutions that provide support and help to threatened persons. In detail talks about social service - intervention center - focusing on its mission, target group, the statutory duties and interdisciplinary cooperation. Experience from abroad, that was originally the source of inspiration for building the intervention centers in the Czech Republic, is surveyed. The practical section presents the results of the research that was focused on the intervention centers workers in Czech Republic. The aim of the research was to find out to what extent their needs at work with threatened persons are satisfied. The relationship of parents to minors with regard to the specifics of domestic violence

The dissertation thesis "Relationship of parents to minors with regard to the specifics of domestic violence" focuses in particular on judicial proceedings in cases of custody of minors where family relationships are affected by domestic violence. It attempts to explain why it is necessary for the courts to take into account this fact and to adopt such measures within their decisions to provide sufficient protection to persons at risk and at the same time to stop violent behaviour. Domestic violence as a dangerous social phenomenon is described in detail; information on its individual appearances and forms is brought; briefly mentioned are also other scientific disciplines whose knowledge is important not only for the recourse of offenders and the protection of victims but also for creation of a strategy of effective prevention. Negative impacts on mental state of minors are stressed, who must be viewed in all cases of domestic violence as its victims, i.e. also when the violent behaviour is not immediately directed against them. The thesis brings interpretation of the current legislation with reference to the most important changes in the legislation in the last decade. Legal, social and criminogenic aspects of domestic violence

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to characterize legal, social and criminogenic aspects of domestic violence, to identify and predict the occurrence of domestic violence in the South Bohemian Region and to find accompanying unlawful acts of domestic violence. The secondary aim was to identify possible problems in application practice in the banishment and to suggest possible solutions.

Impacts of Domestic Violence in family on the Child

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out, based on the study of professional literature and case studies, what negative effects might have domestic violence in the family on children. First are presented the definitions and functions of the family. Subsequently, domestic violence is characterized, with emphasis on children as witnesses as well as direct victims of violent behavior. In this context, the CAN syndrome is described. Particular attention is paid to the effects of violence on children, such as psychological deprivation, post-traumatic stress disorder, a situation where a child takes on an adult role and transgenerational transmission of violence. The theoretical part is followed by qualitative research. I used the method of analysis of documents in the form of case reports from the files of The Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children, where minors were exposed to domestic violence in their families.

Problematika domácího násilí a jeho právní úprava v České republice.

Cílem mé diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou domácího násilí dle současné právní úpravy České republiky. V teoretické části se nejprve zaměřím na objasnění základní terminologie domácího násilí, a to počínaje pojmem domácí násilí, přes jeho znaky, druhy a formy, konče výčtem následků mající vliv na oběti domácího násilí. Nezbytnou součástí je vymezení pomoci postižené osobě domácího násilí v rámci našeho právního systému včetně organizací zabývající se jejich pomocí a podporou. Praktická část této práce je zaměřena na konkrétní případ související s problematikou domácího násilí.

The bachelor thesis deal with the opinions of community about problems of home violence makes to women. The targets of the bachelor thesis is get info rate of knowing the community about problems of home violence and victims of home violence. The bachelor thesis is compartmental to four parts, in the first three parts is dealing in experts theories about problems of home violence, about profile victims of home violence, violent person and about help to endagered person of home violence. The fourth part thanks to research is detecting the opinion of community about problems of home violence and about victims of home violence. The bachelor thesis is finishing results interpretations and comparisons with the true facts and with the arguing in the specialist bibliographies.

Conformity of people in terms of the violence and selected aspects of domectic violence

Bachelor thesis deals theoretical processing selected aspects of issues from domestic violence and qualitative research survey dealing with how relatives in present interpreting past experience with domestic violence in their family neighborhood. Work is separated in three parts, where are introduced basic concepts regarding issues domestic violence and concepts regarding conformity and conformal hearing of people in relationship to domestic violence in family and community, prejudices and myths about domestic violence, consequences of domestic violence and specific ways of help for threatened person (victims). In the final part in qualitative research survey with relatives of past victims of domestic violence opinion surveys, how would they interpreted their past experience with domestic violence in their family neighborhood.
