Diplomová práce "Potřeby pracovníků intervenčních center při práci s ohroženými osobami" v teoretické části definuje základní pojmy, které se k problematice vztahují - násilí, týrání, domácí násilí, násilná osoba, ohrožená osoba, vykázaná osoba a vykázání. Zároveň vymezuje charakteristiky práce s ohroženými osobami a postavení intervenčních center v systému služeb. Pojednává o kompetencích jednotlivých orgánů a institucí, jež poskytují podporu a pomoc ohroženým osobám. Podrobně rozebírá sociální službu intervenční centrum, se zaměřením na jeho poslání, cílovou skupinu, zákonem dané povinnosti a interdisciplinární spolupráci. Pro srovnání uvádí zahraniční zkušenosti, které se staly zdrojem pojetí v České republice. V praktické části prezentuje průběh a výsledky dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi pracovníky intervenčních center v celé ČR. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit do jaké míry jsou naplněny jejich potřeby při práci s ohroženými osobami. K vymezení potřeb byl využit systém základních vývojových potřeb podle Alberta Pessa a Diane Boyden-Pesso, s nimiž pracuje Pesso Boyden psychomotorický systém. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly relativně vysokou míru naplnění potřeb pracovníků intervenčních center a zároveň vymezily oblasti, ve kterých je nezbytné další zlepšení. Mezi nimi se jako nejvýraznější ukazuje... Diploma thesis "Needs of intervention center workers at work with persons threatened by domestic violence" defines basic concepts in the theoretical section that relate to topic - violence, abuse, domestic violence, violent person, threatened person, expulsed person, expulsion. The thesis also defines characteristics of working with threatened persons and the status of intervention centers in the system of services. Besides that, it deals with the authorization of the institutions that provide support and help to threatened persons. In detail talks about social service - intervention center - focusing on its mission, target group, the statutory duties and interdisciplinary cooperation. Experience from abroad, that was originally the source of inspiration for building the intervention centers in the Czech Republic, is surveyed. The practical section presents the results of the research that was focused on the intervention centers workers in Czech Republic. The aim of the research was to find out to what extent their needs at work with threatened persons are satisfied. The system of basic developmental needs (Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor) by Albert Pesso and Diane Boyden-Pesso was used to define the needs.
