Vocational training in the business academy and cooperation with employers Marcela Sládková ABSTRACT The diploma thesis deals with contemporary issues of secondary vocational education and involvement of employers in this process. The theoretical part focuses on the system of secondary vocational education in the Czech Republic, the framework educational programs and the legislative of cooperation between schools and employers. Further it describes the goals of the Education Policy Strategy in the Czech Republic by 2020 in the area of Vocational Education in cooperation with employers and follows concrete possibilities of cooperation between employers representatives and business academy, especially within the students' practical training. The important role of the school principal in this collaboration is pointed out. The research part analyses the cooperation between the teachers, employers and students in terms of mutual requirements for practical training. This section provides knowledge, experience and incentives for employers, and also provides recommendations for cooperation in the same or similar types of schools. Educational Programes for art Branches

(in Engllish) The main goal of this work is to describe the changes in training artistically gifted students in the field of study of Applied painting. In the theoretical part the analysis of educational objectives of national and international documents is captured in the context of lifelong education, general education programs in the field of applied painting and its ties to the framework curricula of primary schools and primary art school. In the methodological part of this work I described the main characteristics of the educational program which is implemented by the Secondary Glass School Valašské Meziříčí, where I work. It contains proposals of basic curricula, selection of topics and time allocation for profile subjects Practical Training and Technology. Examples of real teaching learning activities with an emphasis on integrating the content of social science base with elements of Sciences technology base are introduced. The aim of the methodological part is to present the way how the theoretical knowledge of methods, forms of education are used in my teaching practice use, with the emphasis on the area of motivation of students and students' assessment.
Improvement professional competence of training teachers

Professional competences are being an inventible part of teachers within the professional trainings field, thus the goal of my thesis is to enhance those professional competences among the training teachers. My thesis is divided into a practical and a theoretical part. The theoretical part describes an educational system in the Czech Republic. There are some basic terms related to the professional education being further explained, such as a professional training teacher as well as some relevant competences of teachers within the professional trainings field. Also there is a training instructor further explained in the thesis as well as a personal typology of training teachers. The practical part aims to outline some professional competences of training teachers that are based on a semi-structured interview between educational institutions (n 6) and training teachers (n 6). A feedback to suggestions of professional competences for training teachers was collected from students of the 3rd grade of a cook field of study via a poll (n 122). In order to keep up with new trends and terms it is necessary that the improvement and enhancement of professional competences will be further provided by institutions that stand beyond a private segment, especially by public institutions.

This Bachelor's thesis describes creating didactic aids for secondary schools which provide, conditional and improve course of the teaching process. Objective of the theoretic part is to classify and characterize didactic tools, describes the latest trends and demands for creating didactic aids and their subsequent use in teaching process. Sub-objective is to characterize and define demands for the ac-quisition of key competences of school graduates, especially communicative com-petences. Processing method of the theoretic part is study of specialized litera-ture, analysis, synthesis and comparison of these specialized literary sources fo-cused on material didactic resources, teaching documents and competences in education. The main objective of the practical part is creating teaching aid into practical teaching which provides students learning text for acquisition and con-solidation of communication skills and business communication. Part of the aid is also material for leading the teaching of the communication skills.
