Mobility development of a child with deafblindness

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate the various possibilities for the development of mobility in a child with dual sensory disabilities. The work is conducted by the method of analysis of professional literature and other available sources that may relate to the researched topic. The introductory part of the thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge that helps in introducing the issue and defining the concept of deafblindness. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the etiology, possible causes and diseases that can cause the given disability. In the next chapters, among other things, the work will offer various forms of communication, methods and problems, as well as the possibilities of education and development of a child with deafblindness. Due to the lack of literature written in Czech, the research part of the work consists of an analysis of professional literature and other available sources, which examines Czech and foreign literature related to the development of mobility in a child with deafblindness. One of the main tasks of the chosen method - literary research, is to create a comprehensive and complete overview of current literature, in which we can find the researched topic and, based on a thorough analysis of the professional literature, subsequently offer a set of selected...

Development of Czech Athletics Literature

Title: Development of Czech Athletics Literature Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and partially compare Czech athletics literature published in years 1939-2004. Methods: Literature research, compilation and comparison of data was used. Thirteen most significant books published between 1939-2004 were compared in the following topics: meaning of athletics, athletics training and its composition, and health care. The form of publications changed gradually from in detail descriptive to formally structured texts. Nowadays, multimedia available on DVD or specialized websites prevail. Observations in the logopedic diagnostics and therapy of the balbuties in the Czech and forein scientific literature

The topics of this master thesis are mainly findings on speech-therapy and the treatment of stuttering - stammering in the Czech and foreing reference literature. The work is divided into four chapters; three theoretical and one practical. The first theoretical chapter deals with stuttering-stammering, defines the basic concepts, deals with its etiology, symptoms and expresions, classification and division. The second chapter summarizes findings of balbuties in the Czech literature. The third chapter summarizes findings of balbuties on diagnosis and therapy in the English written literature. The fourth chapter is empirical and it is a quantitative empirical survey. The main method of data gathering was an online survey. The main purpose of the survey was to ascertain which methods and techniques are used when treating stuttering-stammering in the Czech Republic and in the Great Britain. The sub-chapters of the empirical part represent the scientific goals and chosen hypotheses, used methods, an actual processing of the quantitative survey and outcomes of the survey. Národní úložiště šedé literatury (NUŠL) vybudovala Národní technická knihovna společně s Vysokou školou ekonomickou v Praze v rámci projektu „Digitální knihovna pro šedou literaturu – funkční model a pilotní realizace“, který podpořilo z programových projektů Ministerstvo kultury ČR. Představeny budou výsledky čtyřletého řešení projektu a plány pro budoucí období a mezinárodní spolupráci.
