This bachelor´s thesis deals with a technical equipment in an urbanized area, especially with underground lines of 3rd and 4th category (according to the Czech norms). The theoretical part consists of research of species, methods, principles of conduction and connections, and materials of underground lines. In the practical part, there are applied basic gained knowledge for a construction of technical equipment in the development location in a village called Náklo.

Brownfields in the Czech Republic in connection with historical centers

The subject of the Diploma thesis is an urban study in the area of the former part of Tepna in Náchod. The Tepna area is largely after demolition and is currently dilapidating. This area has the potential for development and use, located within a short walking distance from the historic city center and at the same time from the residential area in the northern part of Náchod. Above the solved area is the castle, which is a dominant and a city landmark. The aim of the proposal was to use the potential of the territory at most, but at the same time to approach the surrounding landscape sensitively and to connect the urban character of the surrounding urban structure of the city and, conversely, the existing buildings of unclosed blocks are supplemented by new development.

The diploma thesis deals with protected areas and protective zones of nature and landscape in environmental law. The main themes are National Parks and Protected Landscape Areas. The thesis is divided into eight thematically connected chapters. It deals with international, European and national sources of law. It describes basic characteristics of protected areas; deals with declaring protected areas, protective conditions and other ways of their protection. The separate sections are focus on the system NATURA 2000, Natural Park, Temporarily Protected Area and protective zones. Legal concepts of administrative law restricting the right to property Within the legal order a lot of legal concepts can be found which restrict fundamental constitutionally guaranteed right to property, respectively which can restrict it. The dissertation focuses on analysis of selected legal concepts which are regulated by administrative law and through which is interfered with the right to property. In the Czech Republic the right to property is guaranteed by the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and at European level by the Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The thesis is divided into three main chapters which are further divided into individual sub-chapters. The first chapter deals with the characteristic, definition and categorization of particular legal concepts restricting the right to property. The second chapter focuses on the right to property itself, especially on constitutional basis, limits and its protection. In the relation to the topic of the dissertation it is also important to define how these legal concepts are enshrined in the legal order and which form of administrative activities they result in. Revize ochranných pásem vybraného vodního zdroje dle platné legislativy

My bachelor thesis is focused mainly on the problematic of drinking water protection zones, specifically the water source in the collecting area Říčky I, II in the cadastral area of Horákov municipality and the well in Mokrá municipality. The first part, the literature review, summarizes the historical development of water legislative and also tackles the surface and groudwater issue, and provides information on drinking water. The second chapter is titled "Natural and economic conditions in the area of interest". The following chapter presents the water sources, including their placement and other technical parameters. The practical part of the bachelor thesis compares the water analysis of particular boreholes provided by company Vodárenská akciová společnost, a.s. with the limit values stated in the decree no. 252/2004 Sb., as amended. In case of the boreholes which water is still drawn from, i.e. all of them but the boreholes V 2 and V 2A, there were no deviations from the limit values found. The higher level of the water hardness caused by higher values of calcium and magnesium was identified as only problem. In conclusion, there are summarized the proceedures which will be applied henceforeward in the observed area. Mr. Ing. Jiří Novák from the company Vodárenská akciová společnost has been preparing a transformation of the current protection zones.

Hodnocení jakosti povrchového zdroje pitné vody Polná v souvislosti s revizí ochranných pásem

This bachelor´s thesis deals primarily with the quality of water, water pollution and protection zones of wather resources, namely surface water source Polná, which currently serves as a substitute source of drinking water. The work is divided into several parts. The literature review deals with the relevant water-management legislation. Surface water is described marginally. Water quality, pollution and water protection are described in more detail. Further, the area of interest is characterized, especially the natural and economic conditions of the river basin. Another part is devoted to the description of the water source, including the description of the original hygienic protection zones. This is followed by the evaluation of selected indicators of wather quality in the years 2006 – 2016, followed of corrective measures and new protection zones for the water source.

History, current status and effectiveness of the protection zone I B of natural healing resources in the spa place Karlovy Vary The first part of this bachelor thesis contains the general theoretical findings and explains the terms of this matter like the geological and hydrogeological situation in Western Bohemia Region. This piece of knowledge is essential in order to effectively determine the protective areas of natural healing springs in Karlovy Vary. The main part of the thesis looks into the protective area of I B degree, describes its history and surveys the current condition of this area of interest. The aim of the thesis is to summarize the gained knowledge of this matter, to suggest the supportive operations in order to maintain the good condition of the protective area of I B degree, and to assess the current situation including a view of the near future.

Návrh dokumentace ochranných pásem podzemního zdroje pitné vody Domašov

This Bachelor´s thesis deals primarily with the issue of protection zones for water sources, particularly those for the drinkable water sources in the villages of Rudka, Domašov and Říčky. The thesis is divided into several parts. First, the literature review offers an overview of the main water management legislation related to the given topic. Second, I briefly describe the issues of underwater, water quality and pollution, and subsequently deal in more detail with water protection. The next part is devoted to the characteristics of the area in question, to its natural and economic conditions in particular. Moreover, this part also describes the given water sources, their technical specifications and their current situation, as well as the original sanitary protection zones. The description is then followed by an analysis of the possible risks for the quality, capacity and sanitariness of the water sources. Furthermore, graphs are used to evaluate selected indicators of water quality, namely CHSKMn, iron, manganese, conductivity, nitrates, pH and chlorides. These date then serve as the basis for a proposal of new protection zones and measures for the water sources in Rudka and Domašov.
