Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem a popisem věcného břemene, způsobem jeho vzniku a zániku. Postupem vyhotovení geometrického plánu pro vymezení rozsahu věcného břemene. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část popisuje co je věcné břemeno, jakým způsobem vzniká, zaniká, jak je evidováno v katastru nemovitostí. Druhá část se zabývá postupem vyhotovení geometrického plánu.. This thesis drala with the development and description of the easement, in the manner of its origin and extinction. Geometric plan preparation process for defining the scope of the easement. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the easement, what generates it, is terminated as registered in the cadastre. The sekond part drala whit the preparation procedure of geometric plan.
