The goal of this bachelor thesis is to increase the level of the selected customer service of the Secupack s.r.o. company. The theoretical part consists of logistics information, because the customer service interferes with individual activities of logistics. In the next part the customer services is described and are proposed certain methods to improve its level. Information acquired in the theoretical part is applied to the analytical part. The analytical part of this bachelor thesis aims to discover the current state of particular customer service, from which there will be proposed ideas to increase the level of the customer service and to lower the total expenses in this area.
Assembly Line Improvement Proposal

The bachelor's thesis is focused on improving the process of a manufacturing company following customer orders. First, the theoretical starting points of improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma are defined. Subsequently, the processed product and the company covering the production are introduced. Then, improvement tools are used to analyse the current state of the investigated process. The result is a proposal for a new solution, which is then evaluated, and the economic benefit is calculated.

Order management software is vital to restaurants and other order-based businesses to keep track of their finances and the demands of their custo- mers. Many such products are available in the Czech market; however, it is often difficult to modify these existing solutions or interface them with new or different systems. In this thesis, we design and implement a new order management system called EasyPub. EasyPub works on GNU/Linux and Microsoft Windows operating systems, and allows external programs to ac- cess information stored within the system through an open communication protocol. Its creation is beneficial and contributes to innovation in the area of restaurant software. 1

Civil aviation market in the 21st century with a focus on Airbus and Boeing

This bachelor thesis deals with a forecast of air traffic in the future. In detail it is dedicated to the two largest producers in the market, Airbus and Boeing. The thesis analyzes which airliners of these manufacturers are likely to be successful in the future. In particular it focuses on new or being developed aircraft. In the final part it explores which factors influence future demand and how the orders may regionally differ. From the bachelor thesis follows that in the future the greatest interest will be in the single-aisle aircrafts for short routes. In terms of the medium and long routes, the widebody twin-engine planes will be mostly demanded.
Aplikační řešení nákupu v prostředí cloudu a trendy v jejich vývoji

The goal of the presented thesis is to screen market and to assess the Procurement application solutions provided in cloud with focus on SMB companies. Understanding of Procurement process is base for identification of key functions and requirements on Procurement applications. Market research results in initial high level picture about the Procurement applications available with attention to cloud. Procurement applications assessment determines conclusions on market evolution and trends. The first part of the thesis introduces theoretical background of Procurement process and cloud computing. This part is completed by the list of key functions and requirements, of expected benefits, and of the steps that are important during assessment and selection of Procurement application in business. The second part investigates the Procurement application market and vendors. The screening is oriented on application features, client set, delivery models, and on other characteristics. Eight Procurement application solutions were selected for detailed assessment: Bellwether ePMX, Compleat Spend Control, Coupa, eBid eXchange, Ion Wave Technologies, PurchaseControl, Trade Interchange (ARCUS), and Xtenza. Assessment of the applications results in comparative data that are presented in predefined structure. The primary focus is on application features and Procurement functions supported. Other important evaluation categories are delivery models, security, underlying infrastructure, approval workflows, and commercials. Communication with application vendors contributed to the assessment. This part is finalized with evolution and trend conclusions focusing on cloud proliferation dynamics, and on forecast of new application functions and features that will result in new business benefits.

This thesis focus on short-term assets and their management. The theoretical part contains basic informations about the company's assets, short -- term assets, its characteristics and it describes in details the options valuation methods of assets and inventory management. Practical part contains analyzes of current assets management system in selected company, compare findings with the competition, it identifies potential deficiencies and recommends changes for improvement.
