Proposals for Changes in Internet Marketing Communication of the Selected Company

The purpose of this thesis is to propose changes of marketing strategy on the Internet. Based on theoretical knowledge and general analysis of competitors online communication have been proposed particular elements of SEO. Many of these proposals can be practically used. Results of this work can help optimize own website, start PPC campaign or just to be solid groud for other marketing activities on the Internet.

Unsolicited advertising in Czech and German law This thesis, entitled "Unsolicited advertising in Czech and German law", comprehensively analyses the issue of unsolicited advertising in the legal system of the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. Unsolicited advertising represents a certain interference with the personal or commercial sphere of its addressee or third parties, and in the context of the development of modern means of communication appears increasingly and in various forms. Even though advertising in general is a reflection of freedom to conduct a business and freedom of expression, its legal regulation is needed, especially in case advertisement is undesired and harassing. The text of this thesis is systematically divided into four consecutive parts. The first part constitutes an initial reflection on the need and reason for a legal regulation of unsolicited advertising. The second part is divided into four chapters and provides the basis for regulation of unsolicited advertising and an outline of its current form. The first chapter deals with the historical background of regulation of unsolicited advertising. The second chapter places unsolicited advertising into a wider legal framework of constitutional law. This diploma thesis deals with the protection of information of the entrepreneur in a particular IT company. Attention was paid first to the area of protection of business secrets, know-how and confidential information towards employees of the company and to its clients and business partners, as well as to the protection of employee's and customer's personal data. Based on an analysis of internal processes and documents, contracts with employees, customers and business partners, shortcomings were identified and recommendations were subsequently proposed in line with valid legislation in the Czech Republic. In conclusion, the economic impacts were assessed not only from the identified shortcomings but also from the introduction of the proposed recommendations.

Teleshopping and the teleshopping programs to view of regulation

The topic of this work is a specific segment of commercial media communication - teleshopping. The subject of teleshopping broadcasting is not only the direct sale of goods, but also the consumption of services, which may include participation in an interactive competition, prophecy or other esoteric service. Teleshopping as one of the forms of commercial communication is subject to the amendment to the Advertising Regulation Act, the Radio and Television Broadcasting Act and the On-demand Audiovisual Media Services Act. The case law of the Municipal Court in Prague and the Supreme Administrative Court is also an essential source of regulation. Examples of administrative practices of the Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting describe the regulation of this segment of commercial communications and it captures a wide range of potential violations of legal regulations in the case of teleshopping broadcasts. The material for the comprehensive analysis of the issue puts teleshopping in a broader context, therefore it also describes other forms of commercial communications represented in the field of television broadcasting and explains the differences between types.
