Multifunctional building

The assignment of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction. It is a detached multifunctional house, which is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and is partially basement. In the basement of the building there are mainly storage spaces, which are designed for housing units located on the highest floors. The space of the first two floors consists mainly of commerce and there is a sports shop, massage equipment, hairdresser and office space. The building is based on simple concrete foundation strips. The perimeter masonry of the basement is made up of concrete blocks, which create lost formwork for concrete filling. The load-bearing masonry of the building consists mainly of ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made of Spiroll panels, which are complemented by reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The building is insulated with the Etics contact insulation system. The roof is designed as a single-skin vegetation roof.

This bachelor thesis concerns project of small apartment building in Brno Medlanky, Hudcova street. The apartment building has 3 floors, there are 8 garages, 6 apartmens and 2 studios. The structural system is made of brick made of ceramic fittings and reinforced concrete bearing walls. The ceilings are assembled from ceramic fittings and reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is flat single-skinned. The work is elaborated in the form of project documentation for execution of construction according number 405/2017.

The assignment of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a building permit. The apartment building is located on a slightly sloping terrain. The building consists of four floors and has a basement. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete and the load-bearing masonry is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is designed partly as a single skin and partly as a counter roof. In the basement floor there are mainly storage rooms, utility room and lounge. On the first floor there are four apartments, one of which is designed as a barrier-free. In the remaining floors there are another 8 flats, which after the sum of those from the first floor form 12 flats. In front of the building there is a large parking lot with a large number of parking spaces.

The diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of the multifunctional house in Uherské Hradiště on plot no. 712/7 in the cadastral area of Uherské Hradiště. The building has two floors and a basement. On the ground floor there is a commercial area and a café. Office space is designed on the second floor. The building is designed as a skeleton with filling masonry, with a flat roof and is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system.

This bachelor´s thesis describes the desgine of detached house with design room in Bohumín. It is a building with partial basement and with two above-ground floors. The land is almost flat and is located in built-up area of the village. House is designed for four member family. The building is designed of strustural systém of ceramic block Porotherm and the ceilings are from monolithic. The roof above the first floor is designed as a flat vegetation roof and above the second floor is designed as a flat roof. The project was designed according to the required standards and includes project documentation for the construction.

This diploma thesis is focused on several variants of original outside swimming pool in the town of Zábřeh for various variants of reconstruction from the point of view of the use of swimming pool material used in the territory of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part are described structural factors of swimming pools from various points of view, as well as economic and investment analyses and factors. The practical part of this diploma thesis is mainly aimed to compare the prices. The comparison is based on the budget of reconstructions and possible investment return.

The theme of the bachelor thesis the elaboration of design documents for a siting permit. The apartment building is in a sloping terrain. The building itself is composed of one ground floor, which is underneath the level of terrain and three stories above the ground. The footing of the building is made from unreinforced concrete and the load-bearing wall are made from ceramic blocks. The system of insulation is thermal contact insulation. The horizontal roof construction is made of steel reinforced concrete panels. The roof itself is flat and single-skinned. On the ground floor, we can find a garage, storage rooms, utility room a baby-carrier storage. There are four appartement unit on the first two floors. On the last floor, we can find 2 appartement units, which in total adds up to 10 appartement for the whole building. In front of the building, we can find a parking lot.
Multifunctional object

The aim of the diploma thesis was to create project documentation the new construction of a multifunctional building in the village of Dýšina. The architecture of the building is determined by the usage purpose. The administrative and residential part is designed as a three-level building and the warehouse part as a single-level one. It is a non-basement construction without a residential attic, a rectangular floor plan with maximum dimension of 63.4 x 26.26 m. The roofing is solved by a gabled roof. The layout and operational solution of the administrative part of the building is primarily focused on the offer of exhibited goods and their sale on the 1st floor. On this floor, there are offices, a shop with exhibited goods, a technical room and sanitary facilities, including toilets for people with reduced mobility. On the 2nd floor, there are commercial and manager offices. There is also a meeting room and a showroom. The residential part on the 3rd floor above the administrative part is divided into 4 residential units. The apartments are accessible from the central corridor. The entrance to the central corridor is secured with an external steel staircase on the north side of the building. The space of the storage hall is not divided to maximize usage of storage area. There is one office (26.95 m2) and storage space (973.65 m2) with a test elevator shaft. The entrance to this part is ensured by three gates and a gate with a ramp for tracks. The storage part is directly connected to the administrative part with a door.
Multipurpose facility Strážnického v Moravské Třebové

Subject of this bachelor thesis is detail design documentation of an apartment house. The proposed apartment house is located in the Pardubice Region on the outskirts of Moravská Třebová. The apartment house is detached one, placed in slope. In the basement there is a utility room, a cleaning room, a maintenance room, a cellar and two garages accessible from the south side, where there is also access to the building. In the other three above-ground floors there are 8 dwelling units. There are always 3 flats on the first and second floor and 2 flats on the third floor. Basement is connected with upper floors by tractive elevator and a staircase. Vertical constructions are made of clay blocks POROTHERM, in the basement there is part of masonry from concrete blocks. Apartment building stands on foundation strips from concrete. Floor structure and staircase are cast-in.place from reinforced concrete and roofing is solved by warm flat roof. Whole building is insulated with contact thermal insulation ETICS.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for building an apartment house in Lutopecká street in Kroměříž. The designed building is located in the western part of the town of Kroměříž, it is a detached building with four floors above ground and a basement. The residential building has a rectangular ground plan and is divided into two parts with separate entrances, each entrance has 15 residential units, so the total number of residential units in the whole building is proposed to be 30. The proposed apartments have a layout of 1+kk, 2+kk and 3+kk. The basement will be used for the technical background of the building and storage space for the residents of the building. The house is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab made of waterproof concrete. The exterior walls of the house are a combination of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and ceramic bricks. The ceiling structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is covered by a flat roof with extensive vegetation. Building is clad with an ETICS system using mineral wool. The work also included a basic assessment of the building physics and fire safety design of the building.
