In its first part, the thesis theoretically discusses the issue of planning the establishment of an organisation, by presenting the successive steps of business planning as reflected in the literature. The organisation's strategic planning process is presented first, and then the marketing, personnel, financial and legislative planning processes. The practical part of the work then practically applies these expert recommendations when planning the creation of a specific organization in the form of a strategic and business plan for the establishment of a non-profit patient organization supporting people with migraine and their loved ones bearing the name Migraine-help, z.s. Vliv ekonomické krize na finanční zdroje neziskových organizací

These papers focus on the financial resources of nonprofit sector and how the economic crisis had to changed them a what was the effect. By analyzing data which were collected from questionnaires and annual reports of nonprofit organizations, I'm using basic statistics came to the answer to the question whether an increase or decrease of financial resources, especially, donations, money from EU funds and state subsidies. In papers, there is also explanation of paradoxical behaviour of Czech donaters, stability of government grants as a financial resource and the different behaviour of Prague due to whole state. At the end of papers is a comparison between European nonprofit sector and American nonprofit sector, because the crisis began there and spread throughout the world, and of course, there is also comparing nonprofit sectors of Czech Republic and United States.

The Additional Afternoon Teaching of Gipsy Children in Kutná Hora Region

The work deals with the issue of gipsy children education and their additional teaching provided by the Community and education centre {\clqq}Lighthouse`` in Kutná Hora town. The first teoretic part ranges from characteristics of gipsy ethnic in the Czech Republic and Kutná Hora region to the issue of gipsy children education. The practical part includes the results of questionnaires filled in by clients of Community and education centre {\clqq}Lighthouse`` in Kutná Hora town who benefit from the additional afternoon teaching service there. These results shows that the vast majority of gipsy children is in the need of re-explanation of the lessons taken in the school. The next finding is that the gipsy children do not prepare themselves for next day lessons, except these additional afternoon lessons and that they take this service as a kind of help for them. There was a significant improvement of school marks of almost all gipsy children in the school as the result of this service.

Possible financial resources of nonprofit organisation ESN

This thesis focuses on possible financial resources of the ESN nonprofit organisation. First chapters define the following terms: nonprofit organization and civic society; afterwards the ESN organization on international, national and local levels is introduced. The second part of the thesis offers a review of the possible resources like the EU program Youth in Action, structural funds, grant from the Czech ministry and Sophia Foundation. In the practical part, the research done in the ESN CR network can be found. The thesis also comprises the recommendations for the ESN CR members.
