Ćwierzová, Simona ; Hendrychová, Michaela (advisor) ; Šustek, Petr (referee)
This thesis focuses on legal capacity of minors. Maturity of a person depends on his or her age and the development of a personality is consecutive, therefore each legal system must deal with a question how to incorporate a capacity of minors (going through this development) to cause legal effects with own acts. These persons need a higher degree of protection and a different intensity of control or surveillance. Based on general description of several theoretical approaches to the issue the solution chosen in the Czech Republic and in Germany is being closely analyzed. The text of this thesis is divided into five chapters. Firstly, the Czech legislation concerning the issue is being explained. In the first chapter all the basic terms are defined and also the system of legislation regarding legal capacity is shortly outlined. The second chapter includes detailed analysis of legislation concerning legal capacity of minors. Dvořáčková, Lenka ; Wladyniak, Ludmila Maria (advisor) ; De Oliveira Filho, José Hildo (referee)
This thesis researches aspects of (re)socialization and integration of unaccompanied female minor immigrants in Italy. The thesis aims to present an overview of the immigration situation in Italy. The focus is on Nigerian girls as Nigeria is the country of origin of the majority of unaccompanied female minors hosted in reception centres in Italy. There is a discussion on who these minors are and why they migrated. The theoretical background is based on a theory of Social Integration developed by Bosswick and Hackmann who defined Social Integration as being a four-dimensional process, consisting of structural, cultural, interactive and identificational aspects. This is an ethnographic study and was carried out though the mean of participant observation in a reception centre located in Sicily. The analysis of the field notes was done in accordance with the 4-demnsional model proposed by Bosswick and Hackmann.

Determinants of Integration Unaccompanied Minors in Czech Republic
Wienerová, Zuzana ; Šotolová, Eva (advisor) ; Bajcura, Lubomír (referee)
The Czech Republic's care system for unaccompanied minors rests on a solid legal framework. However, it is essential to ensure that the common practice reflects the law, and that unaccompanied minors (further referred to as UAMs) are provided with sufficient care. It is obvious that the Facility for Children of Foreign Nationals - Permon, is still far from ideal. In general, unaccompanied minors should not be traumatized by living together with children who suffer from behaviour disorders, nor should they live in isolated environment. It is vital to consider the qualities of the personnel who work with the target group and their language skills. It is further necessary to provide unaccompanied minors with an early psychotherapeutic care in order to avoid their later hospitalizations in psychiatric hospitals. In addition, UAMs should also attend intensive courses of the Czech language so that they can fully integrate into a Czech school as early as possible. It also emerged that a legal regulation which would govern age tests in all resorts is necessary. Therefore, a new concept of how UAMs should be integrated into the Czech society is needed.
