A residential house is a detached building with a garage which is separated by passage leading to the garden in a slightly sloping terrain with two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The house partly contains a cellar under the ground. The house contains a gabled roof.

multi-functional building

The Master’s thesis on the theme „Multi function house“ is drafted as a building documentation according to the relevant laws and standards. The project processes a documentation of a new multi fiction apartment house construction with overall 16 flats. Their sizes are from a flat 2+1 to a flat with 4 rooms and kitchenette. Every flat has a garage and a cellar in the first floor. In the house there are 2 offices with a capacity about 12 employees and also 3 commercial premises. Hairdressing parlor and an Apple store are going to by situated into two smaller premises. In the last premise with 263 m2 of floorspace there is going to be a cycling shop. The project is designed as a brick building without basement. The building has two parts with four floors and these parts are united by a single-storey part. The whole building is symetric. The roof is designed as a platform with tend of 3%. On top of the first floor there is going to be a vegetation roof and a roof teracce with a flagging. On the fourth floor there are going to be roof teracces with ceramic pavement. Over the fourth floor there is going to be a roof cllading laden by pebbles. The house is situated in the town Kroměříž, in the pacific neighbourhood near to the historical town center. The neighbourhood of the object is determined for a building-up of family houses. Nearby the house there is a primary school and an athletic ground. The brick object is designed by a construction system Livetherm on the wall footings. The ceiling constructions are from concrete. The Master’s thesis is made as a project realization of building construction part with studies and design fundamentals. The part of the thesis is also the thermal technical recognition, fire recognition of the object and concept of canalization.

Multipurpose building in Kromeriz

This master´s thesis „Multipurpose building in Kromeriz“ is in a stage of project documentation of new multi-function building. The builing is designed as detached building with four stories and a flat roof. There are commercial areas – caffe, reality office and clothes store – in the first story. Then there are cellar for flats. There are situated 14 flats in two stories . There is designed a luxury flat with a huge taxace in the fourth story. The building is projected in a system of Heluz company and it is based on the wall footings. A construction of ceilling is made by steel concrete slab

Multi-functional building

This Master's thesis "Multi-function building" deals with a project of new multi-function building. It is in a stage of project documentation. An object is design as a detached house. The house is slab-on-ground with four stories. In the object are designed 8 flats with 7 garages. In the first story is situated a wellness centre and an office. The roof is flat, projected as single-skin. A carrier system is made from sacrificial formwork system. A construction of a ceiling is projected as ribbed floor. Windows and entering doors are plastic, interior doors are wooden. A part of work is a specialization from a branch concrete structures.

Detached house

The subject of my thesis is a design of a house for a family of 5 members, and process of the documentation for construction. It's a new building, which will be realized on flat land on the outskirts of the development part of village Saratice near Brno. Family house will be without a basement, having two floors, terraces and double garage, which is part of the house. The building is designed from the system Heluz, with reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings, gabled roof with a pleated burnt roofing and a skylight with metal roofing. Frontage of the house is oriented to the southeast, the ground floor is designed as a social area and the second floor as a quiet zone. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD software.

Family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané

A new built family house with dental surgery in Kostelec na Hané. The construction system is classic walled from complex Ytong construction system. Roofing of the property has been executed through the single casing roofs. It is a ground floor building with no cellar where second floor is situated above the ground floor. The entrances of residential part of the house and dental surgery are located on the street. In front of the property parking is provided. Residential rooms and zones are oriented towards the garden and create feeling of calm hinterland with a broad countryside view.

WINERY PROKEŠ NĚMČICE

This bachelor thesis is based on previously developed architectural project established in the subject AG32 – Architectural Design Studio during winter semester in second year of Bachelor study, which was further more elaborated to the subsequent level of project documentation. The theme of this bachelor thesis is the design of new viticulture building for Prokeš winery production in the village Velké Němčice. Required task was to design building facilities for wine production, manufacture and storage, included with owner habitation, accommodation for guests, wine shop and wine tasting. The main idea of the design was to invent such a solution, which would fulfill functional and operating owner’s requirements. One building block was drafted on the parcel, which consists of all necessary operating areas interconnected among each other also the building is divided into the production, public and private area. The external design tries not to invade the neighborhood structure, but also shows modern concept of rural architecture. The mass of the building is connected to the external surrounding, and so it is conceptualized as two perpendicular blocks to each other, which differ in their operating areas and theses blocks are ended by the faces of the building outsized over roof ridge. Production area for manufacture and further processes such as storage and export of the wine is located in the basement, which is accessible from the handling yard. Northwest segment of the building is made with owner habitation on the first and the second above the ground floor and layout is created for four members’ family. Wine shop, wine tasting room and the facilities adjacent to these operating areas are located in the second part of the first above the ground level. In the second part of the second floor above the ground are placed three accommodation rooms and one barrier-free room for short-term stays, also there are cleaning room and laundry storage.

Válka Winery Nosislav

The subject of this thesis is the design of a newly built (reconstruction) Winery Válka in Nosislav. The project is based on a research carried out during the summer semester 2017 in the AG033 Architecture Design Studio III. – Production facilities class. The plot is situated on a sloping area with an elevation of approximately 6.5 meters. It consists of 2 parts. The bottom part of the plot is 98.8 meters long delimited by Kroužek Street and Masarykova Street.The upper, shorter part of the plot is 32.4 meters long and is delimited by Masarykova Street and Nivka Street. Currently there is the investor’s private house, a private house on Masarykova Street, wine production machinery spaces, and dilapidated objects. Surrounding area mainly consists of two-storey private houses with saddle roofs and street-oriented ledges. The basic idea of the design was a preservation of the private house on Kroužek street based on the investor’s request. Seasonal winery with a partially covered public seating area is designed next to the private house. Wine production hall is situated approximately in the middle of the bottom plot, to ensure a separation of the public and the production area. To avoid a massive look of the space it is divided into smaller areas based on its function. Followingly, the connection between public and production area is created. A facade is made of Siberian larch boards in a combination with a white plaster. The boards are also used for the hall’s roof. As the wood will age the winery will gain a specific character. Windows and doors are dark gray colour made of aluminium. For the private house on Masarykova street disposition changes are designed, including new roofs, holes filling, and facade. The purpose was for the building not to invade the classical village area.
