Special unit to test hardness.
Kolář, Ladislav ; Prokop, Jaroslav (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The goal of this work is to provide simple overview in the field of devices for measuring hardness with a focus on new technologies used by modern devices. This work should indicate the suitability of the use of different measurement methods for specific conditions and get acquainted with some measuring device on the current market.
Sensor for low-speed continuous motion sensing
Tomášek, Petr ; Slavík,, Lubomír (referee) ; Fiala, Pavel (advisor)
Diploma thesis analyses low-speed flow measurement. Thesis consist of 4 chapters. First chapter is about liquids and its attributes, flow meters, especially induction flow meter, which is very important for designed sensor. In second chapter is detailed process of designing sensor. Description of realization and measurement of flow is in the third chapter. Result summary is in conclusion.
Layer Thickness Measurement
Záhorský, Zbyněk ; Macho, Tomáš (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
This thesis describe method for layer thickness measurement for metallic and nonmetallic materials. Describe problems of these methods and their physical principles. Thesis deal with the newest technologies (SIDSP), which take the place of analog measuring systems using magnetic induction technique and inductive gaging technique. Thesis contains initiatives of destructive microscopic technique, nondestructive ultrasounds methods and their compare. In the end of the project is decribed experimental layer thickness measurement and its statistical process.
Non-destructive inspection methods of aircraft selected parts
Kníř, Jakub ; Třetina, Karel (referee) ; Trefilová, Helena (advisor)
Non-destructive testing (NDT) is a broad scientific field. This bachelor thesis provides an insight into NDT’s methods. It can’t embrace the whole field in any case because it’s needed to have knowledge from variety of other scientific fields in order to understand NDT completely. This thesis outlines basic testing methods and their usage for particular components of aircrafts. The thesis also includes a list of Czech and European standards relevant to the topic.
Non-destructive Detection Methods of Biological Activities Wood-destroying Insects
Kintr, Jindřich ; Král, Bohumil (referee) ; Fiala, Pavel (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is to study a non destructive methods and methodologies of detection biological wood pests. Analyzed method of detection in this thesis is non destructive acoustic detection. For scanning the activity of wood pests a sensor with piezoelectric converter is used and for scanning the ambient sound a sensor with an electret microphone is used. The signals from these sensors are subtracted in a differential amplifier. In this thesis we can find a method determine the similarity of two signals and a laboratory measuring of detection of activity of a wood pests (Hylotrupes bajulus).
