Survey of the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation projects

The bachelor thesis deals with the survey of the selected site in accordance with the valid methodology of comprehensive land management. The survey was carried out in the cadastral area of Mojné, Český Krumlov district. The first part contains a literature search, in which the field of land consolidation is introduced. The second part deals with the selection of the cadastral area and the presentation of the documents and materials obtained, including the characteristics of the natural conditions, the description of the area and its eco-nomic use. The results include an evaluation of the detailed field survey, focusing mainly on the transport system, soil protection, water conditions, nature and land-scape. It also includes graphical representations and possible recommendations for the subsequent design of the land consolidation.

The titel of the thesis: Interesting things of French regions - Auvergne This thesis deals with one of the metropolitan French regions, the region of Auvergne. It is primarily occupied with its interesting things and curiosities, which make it different from other regions. What is more, this thesis is concerned with the didactic application of the life and institutions of this region in the teaching of the French language. The aim of the thesis is therefore to introduce the region of Auvergne with all its regional interesting things and curiosities in a well arranged way and subsequently to suggest its didactic processing and to include it in the teaching of the French language. The didactic processing offers suggestions of various activities for different target groups of learners. As sources for this thesis have been used primarily books and publications focusing on French regions and the didactics of life and institutions, as well as current internet sources. The didactic processing of the life and institutions was mainly based on the praxis and creativity of the author. The thesis includes twelve chapters. Particularities of French regions - Auvergne

This bachelor's thesis concerns about matters of interest one of the regions of France, Auvergne. Main intention of the thesis is to approach this region in a well-arranged way in order to make in possible to elaborate it like didactic work and consequently use it in teaching of French. Basic materials for the bachelor's thesis are primary books focused on French regions and current internet resources. Bachelor's thesis consists of the introduction, five general chapters and the conclusions. First chapter introduces the region in a general way, second chapter concerns about natural conditions, third chapter deals with economics of the region and fourth chapter gives us brief historical overview. The most extensive is fifth chapter which concerns about particularities of the region. Last but not least, the list of applied literature is enclosed. Final section of the thesis includes visual supplements.

The Paper on Understanding the Subsistence Manner on the Transition of Neolithic and Eneolithic Age (a Comparative Study between the Western Culture Complex and Regions of Bohemia and Moravia)

The study presented deals with the phenomenon of increased hunting activity on the transition of the Neolithic and Eneolithic Age, the reasons of which have been so far investigated only in regard to environmental conditions of locations. The phenomenon is observed on locations of a wide area of Middle Europe. Nevertheless, there exist locations with prevailing agricultural economy. On the basis of a detailed comparative analysis of the material culture of the Western culture circle and Bohemia and Moravia, the study aims to trace the reflection of the phenomenon in archaeological materials - differences between locations with predominant domestic sources, and locations with predominant wild sources. Alongside, the study deals with a possible environmental impact on increasing hunting tendencies. In order to created a database, a detailed catalogue of locations has been compiled. The catalogue holds the most essential information on material culture with regard to expected agricultural manners. The catalogue also serves as a clue for setting particular indicators of the database, the purpose of which is to organise the data in a comparable form. The bachelor's thesis deals with the explanation of basic terms from the area of land treatment and in the practical part focuses on the cadastral area Rájov. It explores the aims of land treatment, its financing and it remembers the historical development of land treatment. The practical part summarizes the analysis of the survey works carried out in the selected area. It contains the characteristics of natural conditions, especially geological, geomorphologic, hydrologic, climatic and soil conditions. The analysis includes description and evaluation of the state of the soil, hydrological conditions, the traffic system and landscape and its protection. Finally, this thesis contains a few suggestions, how to prevent irreversible damage of the landscape.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the literary research in the first part. It deals with the definition of the land treatment, its characteristic, forms and the procedure of land modifications. The thesis explains basic concepts related to this topic as well, especially geological and soil conditions, description of the territory, plans of common facilities, causes of soil vulnerability or water conditions. The practical part of the thesis contains a survey of a chosen cadastral area, namely the cadastral area Vlastec. The information gained serve as a basis for the performance of the complex land treatment. The complex land treatment procedure follows the methodology which contains the particular steps for that performance. The practical part of the thesis then shows the real condition of the cadastral area. The information obtained are related to the territory characteristic, natural conditions and economic use of the landscape. This part of the thesis also contains the description and the assessement of the transport system condition, soil protection, water conditions, landscape conditions, protection and of course several suggestions how to achieve lesser landscape devastation.

Analysis of the region Vysočina as the tourist destination

Tourism was realized very rarely a few decades ago. Today it is a significant part of the world's GDP and has become a major economic factor. The Czech Republic is a very attractive country in the heart of Europe with numerous natural, historical and cultural values. The tourist region Vysočina can boast all these qualities, yet one of the least visited region in the Czech Republic. This thesis deals with a detailed analysis of the potential of the tourist region Vysočina to become a competitive tourist destination. The aim of this work is to analyze primary and secondary tourism field and to assess the organizational structure of tourism and promotional activities of tourism operators with an emphasis on planned projects. The author's own research, focused on the general opinion on the issue of tourism in the region and on the evaluation of the tourism offer, is a part of this work as well. The benefit of the thesis lies in the overall recovery of the tourist supply and in making the region more attractive which can contribute to potential subsequent increased and mobilizing demand for tourism in Vysočina.
