Influence of physical load to electrical activity of muscles

This bachelor’s thesis describes influence of physical load on electrical activity of muscles. In each of bachelor’s thesis chapters are analyzed questions of measurement EMG signals and their elaboration, include statistic attestation of influence physical load on electrical activity of muscles. EMG signals were received from group of 10 students and in program acqKnowledge, were taken off parameters for statistic elaboration. In created program were due to time and frequency analysis calculated parameters of EMG records, which can also describe influence of physical load. Accomplishments of this project are the tables with measured data, their graphs, statistics attestation of influence physical load on electrical activity of muscles and program, which can do time and frequency analysis of measured records. On significance level 10% was verified hypothesis, that physical load influence electrical activity of muscles.
Medical standing devices

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with patient verticalization and medical standing devices, which we use for this purpose. These findings are particularly important for rehabilitation and nursing care and also for the development of new standing devices. The bachelor‘s thesis describes the basic con¬cepts of human motor skills, the effect of changing position on the human organism, an overview of medical standing devices and their comparison. Thesis deals with comparison of the technical pa¬rameters of two standing devices more closely, standing device BALANCE Trainer and STOJ. The final part is devoted to measuring blood pressure using the noninvasive, continuous method of measuring at a group of wheelchair users during verticalization. I created a program with a graphical interface which allows measured data to load, display and measure, in numerical compu-ting environment MATLAB (version 7.9.0-R2009B). The results were statistically tested in the same numerical computing environment.
Testing Mobility of Children of Primary School Age and its Evaluation

The topic of this bachelor thesis is to test mobility of children of primary school age, evaluate results and then suggest my own solution, which leads to optimal health of children. Based on the information obtained in this work I will create a design of sports activities operated at a primary school. The proposal will also determine the price using the costing and price of competition.
Tensiomyography – measurement uncertainty analysis

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the analysis of measurement uncertainty during the tensiomyographic measuring. Seven factors have been suggested (i.e. uncertainties), that may cause an error in measurement. Their influence on the measured parameters was tested in a series of experiments on m. biceps femoris and m. biceps brachii of two subjects. The results of these tests were then compared with the referential values from the physiotherapist and the device manufacturer. Based on this comparison, the extent of uncertainty of diagnostically essential parameters Dm and Dc has been designated. Dm is heavily influenced by six parameters out of seven, whereas Tc is influenced only by one.
Influence of power precondition at leisure time athlets

Title: Influence of power precondition at leisure time athlets Objectives: The main objective of this work is compile bibliographic research, that deals with power preconditions and training requirements. Furthermore, to build a skilled work that will provide clear, concise and comprehensive information on the subject. The aim is to point out the principles of strength training, the composition of the training unit and marginally to mention nutrition and regeneration. Methods: The method of literature search used in this work was based mainly on the collection, sorting and evaluation of relevant informations. Results: Muscle strength is a prerequisite for human locomotion. Before you start strength training, it must be assessed locomotive faculties of the individual and according to create adequate training unit corresponding to his forceful options. If the strength training is properly conducted and supported by expertise follows of this work, the strength training ranks among the appropriate physical activity for sporting and non-sporting individuals. Effect of water temperature on the electrical activity of muscle

Title: Effect of water temperature on the electrical activity of muscle Objective: Main objective of this work is to determine the spatiotemporal changes in muscle activation depending on different properties of the environment. All this at a defined muscle power output. Measured by hand dynamometer. Methods: This is a case study. Is processed and analyzed the relationship of the forearm muscles against the aquatic environment (different temperatures - 15 řC, 24 řC and 35 řC) and against dry. Muscular power output is defined and measured by hand dynamometer. Muscular power output was determined as isometric contraction flexors of wrist and fingers of dominant hand. It all in three different modes. The research group were included 5 healthy individuals (3 women, 2 men). As objectivization method was determined surface electromyography. Findings: There is no influence of water temperature (15 řC, 24 řC and 35 řC) on spatiotemporal activation of muscle. It all at a defined muscle power output. Change of muscle contraction rate before and after the application of sports massage

Title: Change of muscle contraction rate before and after the application of sports massage Objectives: The aim of this work is to find out if sports massage of leg effects the muscle contraction rate of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis. Part of that aim is to compare differences of muscle contraction rate between men and women. Methods: The research was realized in a form of quaziexperiment and 8 probands took part in the research. Results were obtained from the TMG machine in the lab in department of physiology and biochemistry UK FTVS. First of all we measured proband's height and weight, after that we measured muscle contraction of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis on left leg. After the first measurement the proband had a sports massage of left leg. After the massage was the second measurement of muscle contraction of musculus vastus medialis and musculus vastus lateralis. Results: The muscle contraction rate of musculus vastus medialis of all probands before massage was 24,11 ± 1,87 ms and 24,35 ± 1,96 ms after massage, the muscle contraction rate of men before massage was 25,11 ± 1,5 ms and 25,59 ± 1,47 ms after massage, the muscle contraction rate of women before massage was 23,11 ± 1,65 and 23,1 ± 1,55 ms after massage.
