Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

This thesis examines the current state of employee satisfaction in a small business in relation to human resource management. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on definitions and explanations of key concepts such as work motivation, job satisfaction, engagement and dedication, which are necessary to understand the context of the issue. The analytical part of the thesis presents the results of a qualitative research conducted through interviews with employees to examine their satisfaction with their current management. Finally, based on the analysis of the interviews, the thesis provides specific recommendations for the company management on how to improve the working environment and increase employee satisfaction in the form of recommendations for possible changes and improvements in the current personnel management system.
Concept of Motivation Program as an Effective Management Tools in the Gala, Inc.

I deal with analysis of the original motivational program and introduce new motivational program in scope of needs of big company in my diploma work. Concrete aplication is solved in coooperation with Gala inc.In theoretic part I describe process of motivation and theory of motivation which I choose. I target the characteristic of select company, I describe history and line of products in my practical part. After I done SWOT analysis, I describe development of number of staff very short, organizational structure etc. After I analyzed present situation of motivational program in company from in-house document and from anonymous interrogatory. On the basis of interpretation I proposed new motivational program and measure which improve motivation of staff.

Tato práce se zabývá neformální výukou anglického jazyka dospělých. Pojednává o motivačních prvcích v jazykovém vzdělávání a jak je na motivační strukturu ve výuce anglického jazyka nahlíženo učiteli a jejich studenty. Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat motivační citlivost učitelů v tzv. one-to-one jazykových firemních kurzech a jaké motivační strategie v těchto kurzech učitelé využívají. Teoretická část této práce se zabývá pozadím tématiky vzdělávání dospělých a praktická čast práce se skládá ze dvou částí - dotazníkového šetření a pozorování výuky.
Non-financial motivation for pedagogical workers in kindergarten

The final thesis deals with a non-financial motivation of teachers in the kindergarten environment. It mentions some of the original motivation theories and deals with the choice of motivation for various types of teachers' personalities. The thesis also deals with the current view of the basic rules of motivation and the possibility of their use. It analyzes the capabilities of different types of non-financial motivation and their use by the school management in the people's leadership. It deals with the most used and the most effective methods in terms of directors' view and compares them with the view of teachers. It provides an overview of possibilities of non-financial motivation depending on how they are used the most by school principals and which appear to be the most effective.

This diploma thesis is dealing with motivations of employees and volunteers to work in organization of civil society. The aim of the thesis was to compare motivations of employees and volunteers working in the particular organization of civil society and to find out if and eventually how, the volunteer and employee management's styles vary. The theoretical part focuses on the main theories of motivation and motivation strategies. The research was a case study of the civil society organization, which specify on the care of seniors. The thesis may be used by the organization for a feedback and it may bring some advices regarding workers motivations. This bachelor's thesis consists of two parts. The first part contains the translation of the chapter "Motivation" from Sport Psychology. This specialized book discusses various aspects of sport psychology, such as attention and concentration, management of stress, and mental preparation. The chapter "Motivation" by Robert S. Weinberg focuses on goal setting, goal orientation, reinforcement and feedback, and intrinsic motivation. The second part contains translation analysis, the description of a translation method, the typology of translation problems as well as their solutions, and the typology of translation shifts.

Motivation of children in kindergarten

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of motivation in nursery schools. The works also examines how teachers with different length of professional experience handle this phenomenon. In the theoretical part we deal with the matter of human motivation from the points of view of different specialists and we are also concerned with the factors related to this issue. Furthermore, this part also covers the methods of constructivist learning theory. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research which was focused on experience of the teachers. The evidence of how children react on motivation strategies recommended by the teachers is also included in this section. The thesis offers the reader the insight into this issue from the theoretical, as well as practical point of view.
