House in Vsetín

The subject of this bachelor thesis is design documentation of a detached house with business premises. The object is located in village of Vsetín, set in flat terrain. The building is divided to the detached house and to the business premises. The business premises is designed as a hairdresser´s for one hairdresser. The detached house is with partial basement, it has two above-ground floors and its roofed with warm flat roof. The roof over 1.NP will be used as a terrace. The structural system of a building is made from ceramic blocks Heluz Family 50 2in1, structures and ceillings are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The part of documentation is fire safety assessment, thermal assessment, acoustic assessment and the daylighting assessment.

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a selected part of the construction technology project for an apartment building in the Campus residential complex II, situated in Brno – Bohunice. Specifically, an apartment building (object F, designated SO 204) was selected, on which monolithic structures of the substructure will be solved. The content of the work is a technical report to the construction technology project, evaluation of transport routes, elaboration of technological regulations for selected technological stages, time schedule for the selected stage and partial detailed section of a typical floor. Furthermore, the construction site equipment with drawing and text part, control and test plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of machine assemblies and work safety solutions are elaborated.
Apartment Building in Hradec Králové – construction technology project

This diploma thesis is focused on construction technology solution of the construction of an apartment building in Hradec Králové. It contains a technical report of the construction technology project, time and financial evaluation of the object and the apartment building as a whole. The thesis deals with the technological regulations for the construction of a flat roof and the monolithic structures, for which control and test plans and the calculation of stripping of the formwork are prepared. The project of construction site equipment is divided into three stages, mainly rough substructure, rough superstructure and finishing work stage. Furthermore, the thesis contains the design of the main mechanisms and their deployment over time and item budget with a statement of acreage.
Implementation of Superstructure of Apartment Building in Havirov

This bachelor's thesis deals with the elaboration of a technological project for the stage of rough superstructure of an apartment building in Havířov. The vertical construction system of the apartment building is made of sand-lime blocks. The horizontal construction system consists of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The content of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a technical report on a construction technology project, the situation of construction with closer transport relationships, construction supply design, item budget for selected technological processes, technological regulation for vertical structures - masonry, construction organization for a given technological stage, including equipment drawing. construction site, time schedule for the technological stage, balance of resources, technological analysis, design of machinery for the technological stage, quality requirements and their provision in the implementation of vertical load-bearing structures – masonry and occupational safety of the solved technological stage. Apartment building in Kyjov town

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is processing of design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The thesis contains a graphic and textual part. The graphic part contains individual drawings, which are an essential part of the design documentation for the construction of a building. The text part contains technical reports on the given object, lists of used compositions and elements, and assessment reports of building physics. The proposed apartment building is located in a newly emerging construction site on the outskirts of the Kyjov town. It is a basement building with four above-ground floors covered with a warm flat roof. The apartment building is divided into eight apartment units, which are accessible from the north-facing access gallery. The individual floors of the access gallery are connected by a double-arm reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator shaft with a traction elevator. The terraces of the individual apartment units are oriented towards the south. There are 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments in the building. The basement of the building is used for home amenities of the apartment building and for three separate garages with one parking space. Structurally, the object is designed mainly as a masonry of aerated concrete blocks and sand-lime blocks in combination with monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The building is based on monolithic reinforced concrete strips. The wall structures of the basement, the structure of the access gallery and the floor structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The external wall constructions are insulated with a contact insulation system made of stabilized polystyrene with a thickness of 200mm thermal insulation. The object is visually divided into simple blocks with a color solution in shades of gray. The facade of the building is supplemented with a facade trellis with climbing plants. In addition to drawings and technical reports, an assessment reports of fire safety and also an assessment reports of building physics are made for the proposed object. All assessments meet the given requirements.
