Trenchless Technologies of Communication Building, Microtunneling

The target of submitted work was to sum up a view of current methods and the machines for the building of communications by trenchless technologies and to conduct a critical analysis each technologies parallely. Trenchless methods belong to the high-developing divisions nowadays. The major advantage these ones is serious decline unfavourable impacts which have common building of transportation along the route and the environment especially through the cities and the villages. The base of these technologies of building were described and depicted by picture firstly. Then the companies were divided and the parameters of machines had been compiled into the charts.

Aim of this thesis is to sum up trenchless technology focusing on microtunneling. The thesis is divided into 4 basic parts. First part describes general trenchless technology. Second part focuses on trenchless methods. Third part's content is dividing microtunelling works and their description. Last part contains evaluation of machinery parameters from individual manufacturers. The thesis is written in recherche style and doesn't contain my own drafts.

The focus of the thesis is aimed at Tunnel Boring Machines, Microtunneling, the manufacturers and the technical parameters of the mentioned machines.

During the construction of water pipeline Strelice is necessary to overcome the D1 motorway. This thesis deals with design of the motorway crossing using trenchless technologies. Combination of pipejacking and shield tunneling is chosen. Static calculation includes determination of the jacking force, proposal of the thrust block and assessment of the reinforced concrete jacking pipes.
