Church of the Beheading of st. John the Baptist in Hostivař

1 Abstract The topic of my bachelor thesis is the medieval St. John the Baptist church in Hostivař, Prague. A precious relict has been recently uncovered in its apse in form of paintings from the second half of 13th century, namely the Majestas Domini composition. My thesis forms a summary of existing findings concerning the church, creating a comprehensive document about the building which has not yet been written.
