Overview of rapid prototyping technology for medicine
Jícha, Martin ; Svoboda, Petr (referee) ; Paloušek, David (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is intended to map the current state of technology and the possibility of rapid prototyping in medical use. The first part is focused on the common principle of function of RP technologies. The following section discusses specific technologies essential RP and the level of current applications for medical purposes, including specific examples. Here is an outline of future development of these technologies.
Analysis and assessment of risks in the construction of the shielding structures of medical irradiators.
Henzelová, Iveta ; Vymazal, Tomáš (referee) ; Hobst, Leonard (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the potential risks in the design and implementation of shielding structures against the effects of ionizing radiation. The rocedure of calculation and design optimization, according to the current wording of the Atomic Act and related regulations, is mentioned only marginally. According to DIN EN 31010: 2011 Risk Management - Risk Assessment Technique risk assessment were made by risk analysis. risk analysis. Risk management identified these methods - Analysis of the Causes and Consequences (Ishikawa diagram), Analysis Failure Mode and Effects (FMEA) and the Pareto diagram. These methods are implemented to identify and evaluate the associated risks. Based on the identification and assessment of these risks, appropriate measures are then proposed to reduce their impact.
Usage of the Fused Deposition Modeling Method for Medical Purposes
Ševčíková, Lucie ; Zouhar, Jan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the use of medical devices for medical purposes. The first part focuses on the current state of the problem and describes the current rapid prototyping technology. The second part describes an implementation of production of knee joint bones, a 3D printer by using the method uPrint Fused Deposition Modeling and deals with the evaluation of the cost of producing 3D models using the Fused Deposition Modeling in comparison with other current technologies.
Parish Social Works in the Czechoslovak Church from 1920 to 1955
Tichá, Františka ; Kolář, Pavel (advisor) ; Veverková, Kamila (referee)
SOCIÁLNÍ ČINNOST NÁBOŽENSKÝCH OBCÍ ( CČS) OD JEJÍHO VZNIKU DO PADESATÝCH LET 20. STOLETÍ PARISH SOCIAL WORKS IN THE CZECHOSLOVAK CHURCH FROM 1920 - 1955 Autor: Františka Tichá In this work, I pursued the parish social works in the Czechoslovak church from its rise to 1950's. I partially captured an origin of the roots of the Christian church's social works in chapter two. Chapter three describes the rise of the Czechoslovak church and its social works development. The views of some of the Czechoslovak church's theologians on social concerns are captured in chapter four. Chapter five analyzes the social works in three selected parishes. In chapter six, I explained how the Czechoslovak church's teachings were implemented in parishes. Chapter seven discusses the downfall of the social works within the Czechoslovak church after February 1948. In conclusion, I have arrived at an opinion that the social works unions laid out an admirable effort in this field. It is unfortunate that due to the political changes in 1948 the social works unions had to undergo a liquidation.
Do the future health professionals behave healthy? Prevalence of substance use among students at secondary medical school
Svobodová, Pavla ; Vacek, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Vopravil, Jiří (referee)
Background Risky behavior among students nursing schools - future health professionals in direct and indirect patient care and access to addictive substances. Formulation of objectives or research questions To map the prevalence, frequency and types of drugs used by students SZŠ using the following research questions: What is the difference in the prevalence of substance use among students in direct patient care (field medical assistant) and students in indirect patient care (field of medical lyceum)? The prevalence of substance use (alcohol, soft and hard drugs) in the fields of medical students in relation to their future careers with age /year of lower/higher? Description of the methods used Data were collected at day education of students of the high school quantitative method using a questionnaire survey in Google Docs (Google Forms) with a total of 18 those questions, 15 of them were taken from the ESPAD (European School Survey Project study on alcohol and other drugs). The first three questions characterizing field of study, year of age and established author. The obtained data were processed by descriptive statistics based on an analysis of responses according to the research questions. The main results From the research shows that the field of medical assistant - ZA, which in the future...
