The thesis is the proposal of the proposal of the business plan for the foundation of a maternity center in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The business plan is based on finding market gap which is caused by insufficient capacities of the kindergartens and there is no kindergarten or maternity center specialised in teaching English in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Main advantages of the proposal are specialization in teaching English, professionalism and friendly mood.

The Touch of Generations project works with the design of a house in the center of Louny on the border of two typology as a possible way forward for the housing of the future. Linking family housing with housing for the elderly. Today's urban individualism and anonymity have disrupted original family ties and values. That supported economic model of success and the vision of profit completely affected our behavior and lifestyle. From now on but that will change. The arrival of a new retirement generation. A generation that grew up under socialism and respects freedom more than others. A generation that will no longer want to live alone, but who will take the initiative for your life with the intention of living with dignity and fullness. A generation that will create countless new ones typology and thanks to which the image of senior life in cities will competently change.

Parent Center operators as "nurseries"

The parent center is currently the phenomenon, which is compared with the "State" schools or more today to discuss "the children's group" devoted less attention. And, in particular, in the section that deals with the care of children without parents. Although the parent centers help solve one of the social and political problems, the Czech Republic- the lack of places in nursery schools, in crèches, they lack support. Legislative support, support the child care area in MC without the participation of the parents. In the Czech Republic currently operates a total of 427 MC and in the Liberec region, on which I focused in the empirical part, has 21 maternity center. Of these 21 parent service center to care for children without parental involvement provides a total of 14 maternity center. And the MC feels the need to legislative support, which would be welcomed by, clearer rules for the operation of the parent center, especially in the environment of a child without the participation of the parents. This support is important in all activities that MC. Changing the image of maternity hospital in the system of maternity care in the Czech republic

This theses deals with leading change in the specific organization, gynecologycal obstetrician department. The main aim of this theses is to evaluate leading of this change from the manager point of view and also to evaluate its sustainibility in the organization. I was focused on the research of the proces and execution of this specific change. It was the change from the clasiccal model of obsetrics to the respectfull model of obstetrics with using alternative methods and support of the natural birth. I used the qualitative research methods, patricipating observation. I created the summary of the proces of the change and underlined the found problematic parts from the field notes, interview and analysis of social networks. I managed to answer all asked questions and evaluate the process of change and its sustainability. At the end I offered a practical guide of the specific change as a tool for other organizactions. Maternity effect on changes of attitudes towards healthy life style

In this thesis you will find guidelines of healthy lifestyle concerning pregnancy and motherhood, which will serve as a handbook for parents-to-be. I will mainly focus on recommendations for the right eating habits and appropriate sports for expectant mothers. I won?t also leave out the mental health issue, where will be tips and suggestions for improvement of the mental state of the parents. In this text there are listed some organizations which deals with the parents' education in the area of healthy lifestyle. They are chosen to provide quality information for expectant parents. You will find here also the results of research concerning the change of attitudes of parents during their parenthood, which were obtained from a questionnaire that was sent to the Parent Centers in the Czech Republic. Thanks to this questionnaire you will find the attitude of parents to the questions of tuition on primary schools concerning the healthy lifestyle, they underwent.
The Primary Logopedical Prevention as a Part of a Maternity Center's Program

The bachelor thesis is focused on the primary logopedic prevention within the scope of the programme of maternity centres. The theoretical part addresses individual parts of speech development, vocabulary and, last but not least, the primary logopedic prevention and its methods. The first objective of the bachelor thesis is ascertain the programme range of the primary logopedic prevention of maternity centres in South Bohemia. The second objective is to create a draft concept of primary logopedic prevention which could be used in maternity centres in general. This thesis uses qualitative research. The following techniques were used to conduct the research: analysis of technical literature, study of internet pages of individual maternity centres, and a semi-structured interview with representatives of individual maternity centres. Based on theoretical findings, a draft concept of the primary logopedic prevention has been created. This concept may be used to perform the primary logopedic prevention in maternity centres. The interviews revealed an insufficient range of the primary logopedic prevention in maternity centres. The results of the research concerning the programme range may serve as a concrete feedback for civic association ?Síť MC o.s.? The results may also be used for subsequent inclusion of the primary logopedic prevention in the programmes of other maternity centres.
