It also contains time and financial plan of the building, schedule of the main building, schedule of construction and disposal of construction site equipment and balance of machines and workers.
Load - bearing structure of apartment block
Nečas, Daniel ; Juchelková, Pavlína (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
Master’s thesis is based on analysis and design of a load bearing structure of an apartment block. This structure is supported with a strip footing made of reinforced concrete. The above-ground part of designed structure consists of brick masonry. Floors are constructed of carrying plates. These plates are made of reinforced concrete and precast boards (prestressed concrete). Individual levels are connected with monolithic concrete staircases. The thesis also deals with relevant drawing documentations for chosen parts of construction.
Operative diagnostics of an object affected by fire
Hnátková, Barbora ; Lisztwan, Dominik (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with technical construction research of the family house which was affected by a fire. The theoretical part of this bachelor’s thesis is describing a fire resistence of the masonry and mainly timber structures. In the practical part is a description of the construction, descriptions of the diagnostic methods, goings of the tests and their evaluation. The main focus of the survey is to find out a state of the construction after the fire and its reliability.
Apartment building, Brezno
Auxtová, Daniela ; Müllerová, Eva (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building in the city of Brezno. The building is situated in an attractive location of Brezno - barracks, on a previously unused land. The advantage of this apartment building is its own parking and accessibility to the city centre. Near the proposed apartment building there is a shopping center. The apartment house has 4 floors and a basement. In the BD there are 8 residential units 4 + kk.The foundations are solved by means of foundation strips. Vertical structures are designed from Porotherm fittings. The ceiling construction is a monolithic ceiling slab. The roof is designed using trusses. The roof is gabled, metal.
Static solution of a typical floor of an apartment building in Oslavany
Kurtin, Ladislav ; Šimek, Ondřej (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of a typical floor of a residential building in Oslavany. The first part deals with the design of the ceiling structure above the second floor and the construction of the staircase. Using a slab model in SCIA Engineer 22.0, the internal forces on the floor slab were determined and the structure was assessed for ultimate limit state and serviceability limit state. The staircase was modeled with a member and slab model. Finally, a simplified assessment of the ceramic block masonry, specifically the intermediate bearing and perimeter walls, was performed. The bachelor thesis contains the structural calculation and drawings of the above mentioned elements.
Extension of the sports centre in Slopné, technological stage of roofing
Heinz, Pavel ; Boháček, Adam (referee) ; Šlanhof, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the technological stage of the roofing of the sports centre extension in the village of Slopné. It is the construction of a multi-purpose building, which extends the capacity of the existing community centre. The extension consists of ground floor parts and a main hall/gymnasium with multifunctional use. The content of the work includes a technical report for the roofing, a solution for the transport of materials, a technological regulation for the assembly work of the roofing of the hall, an itemized budget for the roofing and a timetable for the specified technological stage, an inspection and testing plan and a solution for occupational safety in the process.
Technological Solution of the Rough Superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů
Bystričan, Daniel ; Porwisz, Ondřej (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
The main goal of my bachelor's thesis is the construction-technological solution of the rough superstructure of the Municipal House U Muchů, which is located in the village of Dolní Město near the larger town of Humpolec in Vysočina. This work contains a technical report for the given technological stage, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions for the technological stage, a technological regulation including a balance of resources (item budget together with a graph of the deployment of workers). Furthermore, the content of this work is a drawing of the construction site equipment together with a technical report and construction organization solution for the rough superstructure, a timetable for the given stage, a design of the machine assembly including a comparison of two variants and the selection of the most suitable machine, control and test plans and ensuring work safety. In the last point of this work, I am dedicated to verifying the adhesion and load-bearing capacity of the connecting material, more specifically, it is a polyurethane adhesive for masonry.
Chemical and microstructural analysis of brick samples from the object of Zákupy castle horse stables
Frankeová, Dita ; Bauerová, Pavla ; Náhunková, Pavla ; Ševčík, Radek ; Mácová, Petra ; Slížková, Zuzana ; Vondráčková, Michaela
As part of the construction-technical survey, historical brick samples were characterized using thermal analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS), ion chromatography (IC), infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and physical tests. The results of the tests testify to the good production quality of the masonry elements used. Based on the analyzes carried out, it can be assumed that the observed damage to the bricks is caused by high wetting of the masonry in combination with frost cycles, as well as crystallization cycles of water-soluble salts present in the surface layer of some bricks.
Reconstruction of a city building
Kašáková, Kristína ; Požár, Michal (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
This masters thesis deals with the reconstruction of an urban building. The work consists of a diagnostic and projection part. The goal of the diagnostic part is to focus on the current state of the building and also on masonry strength tests performance. The goal of the design part is the processing of measured data, the design of an orientation layout on the 3rd floor above-ground and the proposition design of a new truss as well as an assessment of selected supporting structures. The outputs of the work are drawings of the building, reports on the performed tests and static calculation.
Diagnostics of the construction and technical condition of the granary building
Velát, Matěj ; Láník, Jaromír (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the diagnostics of the historic granary building and the conceptual design of the reconstruction for further use. The thesis focuses on the history of similar buildings especially in the Czech lands and on the historical development of the building. The practical part of the thesis denies the course and results of the preliminary inspection of the structure and the failures found which are further addressed in more detail in terms of their nature. The presumed reason for the occurrence of failures the state of failures their influence on the construction and an outline of the risk analysis resulting from the failures are determined. Furthermore, a proposal for a methodology of detailed object diagnostics is based on the results of a preliminary inspection. According to the information about the object found during the diagnostics two ideological proposals for further possible use of the object are processed, including the necessary construction modifications.
