Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technickým průzkumem objektu rodinného domu, který byl zasažen požárem. V teoretické části se tato práce zaměřuje na problematiku požární odolnosti zděných a hlavně dřevěných konstrukcí. V praktické části je popis objektu, popisy diagnostických metod, průběhy zkoušek a jejich vyhodnocení. Cílem průzkumu je zjistit stav objektu po požáru a jeho spolehlivost. This bachelor’s thesis deals with technical construction research of the family house which was affected by a fire. The theoretical part of this bachelor’s thesis is describing a fire resistence of the masonry and mainly timber structures. In the practical part is a description of the construction, descriptions of the diagnostic methods, goings of the tests and their evaluation. The main focus of the survey is to find out a state of the construction after the fire and its reliability.
