This bachelor´s thesis deals with principles, forming, measuring and increasing brand equity. It targets the marketing concept of the brand and underlines brand perception by end consumer. Its aim is to apply comprehensive knowledge of strategic brand management, carry out Red Bull case study, perform marketing research by question-form method and through interpretation of the results make a proposal for communication strategy.

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current situation of fitness centre “na Konečné” using especially analysis of marketing mix and situation analysis. These analyses are based on the theoretical knowledge, which are mentioned in the first part of the thesis. The most important part is aimed on the effectiveness of the current marketing mix and the possible improvements that can be made and which should lead to improved competitiveness of the fitness centre.

Optimalizace školské sítě je významný zásah do strategického řízení škol. Na příkladu ISŠ, OU a U Slaný jsem se pomocí analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí snažila tyto změny vyhodnotit a poskytnout tak důkaz pozitivního přínosu procesu optimalizace všem zainteresovaným skupinám. Tato práce by měla vést k určení strategického systému plánování školy v návaznosti na aktuální stav, ověření spokojenosti klientů školy a napomoci tak strategickému řízení v organizaci.
