Master’s thesis deals with analysis of the current communication mix of the selected company and with proposals of its improving. Theoretical part brings on fundamental for the analytical part in which the selected company is introduced. In this part there are also made analyses of marketing surrounding and current communication mix is introduced. The last part of the thesis focuses on proposals with the aim to improve the existing communication mix.

This thesis deals with marketing activities of the Baby Agency, a babysitting company. The aim of this thesis is to map current marketing strategies of the company and to recommend improvements. The thesis itself is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part describes specific sections of marketing, such as marketing strategies, marketing mix of services, communication targeting at children and teenagers, market research techniques or new trends in marketing. The second part analyzes current marketing activities of the company and maps the competition. In the conclusion the thesis suggests the steps to be undertaken to improve the current marketing strategy of the Baby Agency are suggested, based on theoretical findings, analyses and surveys.

This thesis deals with the marketing methods applied on hairdressing salon, specifically Black & White hairdressing studio. The work is divided into two parts. The first part describes the theoretical concepts such as marketing, marketing services or marketing mix of services. The second, practical part, deals with the origins and current activities of Black & White studio. In content of the second part are examined the strategic objectives of company. I applied on hairdressing services marketing mix tools. I also analyzed the competitive environment. Based on information collected from marketing research, I proposed the concept of further development of their own.

This bachelor thesis deals with marketing mix of services in joint-stock company Komerční banka, a. s. The aim of the thesis is to analyse marketing mix of services in Komerční banka, describe specifics of marketing mix of services in bank companies and explore satisfaction with marketing mix of services in Komerční banka. This work is divided into four parts: prolog, theoretical and methodological part, practical part and conclusion. Theoretical and methodological parts contain analysis of literature dealing with marketing mix and marketing research. Practical part consists of analysis of the current composition of marketing mix in Komerční banka, a. s. and marketing research of customer satisfaction. The conclusion gives summary of marketing mix in Komerční banka, a. s. and recommendations for improvement of marketing mix.

The aim of this work is to describe and analyze the marketing mix and marketing activities of the fitness SPORT CENTRUM BUDOKAN with the emphasis on increasing its attractiveness and competitiveness, to identify possible deficiencies and to give a list of recommendations for the owner of the fitness, i.e. to make a proposal of a compact marketing strategy. Based on my own marketing analysis (positional analysis, SWOT analysis, mystery shopping, polling, observation and benchmarking), I have designed my own marketing strategy, which would lead to the established aim.
