Feasibility Study of Glutten-Free Pizzeria Establishing

In this work, I deal with whether it is possible to build a competitive gluten-free pizzeria that will directly compete with normal pizzerias, and even try to offer lower prices and build a certain competitive advantage. The work consists of three parts. In the first part I will focus only on the theoretical part of the issue of business and building a business. The second part contains mainly analyzes of customers and competitors. The third part contains a design of a gluten-free pizzeria based on the findings from the previous two parts.

Master’s thesis considers development of other company business activities with the focus on the profit of the whole plan. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the theoretical recourse for the creation of the business plan, definition of basic procedures making the business plan. The second part of the thesis analyses branch in which the plan will be realized. The third part of the thesis suggests real solution, prediction of sales, profits and recoverability of investment.

This diploma thesis deals with an entrepreneurial plan concerning the development of the business company MISE s.r.o., Ltd. The company has been working on the market as a distributor of medical aids for diabetics. The theoretical part is focused on the general characteristic related to the topic. The following analytical part contains the company characteristic, market analysis, financial analysis, the analysis of the outer and inner environment, including the plan evaluation for further expansion. In the conclusion, I summarize both the strong and weak points of the company, and also the opportunities and threats. The proposal part is based on the defined summary of the analytical part. The individual actions will aim to assemble an entrepreneurial plan, which will lead to the company expansion.

Results of economic activities of retail store

This thesis focuses on financial analysis of a small company, specifically a small retail store that specialises on children´s footwear. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the retail store. Methods of financial analysis are applied to data obtained from the financial statements from 2005 to 2017, while the change in the accounting method is reflected in the period. Horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of differential and ratio indicators are used to perform financial analysis.

Implementation of the reporting system in a particular company

The main concern of this master thesis is the introduction of a new reporting system at EDUA Group, s.r.o. The first goal of the thesis is to analyse the current condition of the reports. Part of this goal is to analyse the company's source systems, controlling, and the reports themselves. The second goal of the thesis was determined thanks to this findings. The second goal is the proposal of the new reports. With this goal are linked the proposals how to improve the current situation in company reporting.
