Street View Mapping Using the Sensory Mobile Platform
Győri, Adam ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Veľas, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop a web application that facilitates viewing of panoramatic photographies while having an optional map background. Application works for usage of surveyors, mainly for pasportization of buildings and grounds. Main aim of the application is to simplify inspection of recorded image data. Solution consists of visual display of view and creating of switchable map background.
Design of Hand Blender
Kalenský, Ondřej ; Buganská, Tamara (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with the design of ahand blender. The main problems it covers are designing with consideration to blind and old people, clear and natural control and more options for holding the device. The thesis discovers the essence of the process of blending and whisking. Based on this knowledge, the ambition behind the design of the product is to form anew shape which is in harmony with its function. The thesis is marginally focused on the theory of designing and developing anew product and it describes the practical usage of user-friendly design rules.
Analysis of clinical data in cochlear implantation
Staňková, Helena ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Odstrčilík, Jan (advisor)
Cochlear implants compensate various audiological disorders in postlingually and prelingually deaf patients. Clinical examinations including radiological, anatomical and audiological measurments provide crucial informations leading to cochlear implantation and optimal postoperative rehabilitation. In cooperation with ORL clinic at St. Anne’s University Hospital this work deals with analysis of clinical data provided by cochlear implant users. Data analysis includes otological planning with OTOPLAN software, use of MAESTRO software, TomoCon software and hospital information system. Data were statistically processed using MATLAB programming language. Work results based on diverse data bring an united view, which could serve as helpful indicator in preimplantation and post-operative care in newly implanted patients.
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex
Spurný, Jan ; Maršálek, Roman (referee) ; Hanus, Stanislav (advisor)
OFDM is now days very important and widely used modulation technology, which allows high transmission speeds and is able to be used within radio communication channels. The aim of this bachelor`s project is to gain understanding of OFDM modulation, and an analysis of the processing signals, which are used. And finally, form a block diagram of modulator and demodulator in MATLAB environment, which allows observing signal in time and frequency domain.
Creation of the thematic map in Microstation
Ondová, Natálie ; Berková, Alena (referee) ; Ježek, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is focused on creating thematic map of settlement urban zone Vinohrady. Based on documents and materials and thanks to suitably chosen measuring methods, was realized mensuration of terrain. Than it was following calculations of the measured data in software environment Groma v.11 and creating list of coordinates of the detailed points and auxiliary measurement points. These points served as the basis for creating a thematic map. The development of this map took place in the software environment MGEO and Microstation V8i. The aim of the work was creation a 1:500 purpose thematic map.
Basics search for simultaneous localization and mapping.
Gärtner, Jan ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This work deals with methods of simultaneous localization and mapping using in mobile robotic problems in the world. Main Goal of the work is describe existing and common using methods of simultaneous localization and mapping. The first part of the work deals with parting and description of each subproblems of simultaneous localization and mapping. The second part is note concrete methods of simultaneous localization and mapping. The third part is attending to practical application of simultaneous localization and mapping using in robotic tasks in the world. The last one is devoted to robotic application within the Faculty of Mechaniacal engineering at Brno Technical University and practicability apportionable methods for the applications.
The thematical map in the Moravian Karst
Medvědová, Eva ; Mottl, Tomáš (referee) ; Šváb, Tomáš (advisor)
The geodetic survey and creation of the thematic map of the locations in the Ostrov u Macochy and Vilémovice in the Moravian karts with demarcation on working entrances to caves and rocks formations in lacation these entrances. The geodetic survey has been done by Czech national standards and guidelines ČÚGK deals with the creation thematic maps.
Creation of the thematic map in Microstation
Halajová, Andrea ; Fišer, Zdeněk (referee) ; Ježek, Jiří (advisor)
The geodetic survey and creation of the thematic map in Brno- in area of Koleje Pod Palackého vrchom. Using programs are Microstation, MGEO and Groma, according to direction for creating thematic maps.
Image Morphing and Warping
Kuběna, Petr ; Šilhavá, Jana (referee) ; Venera, Jiří (advisor)
Warping and morphing are computer effects that are mainly used in show-bussines. Thessis contains procedures and techniques that are necessary for their creation. It is aimed at work with discrete two-dimensional image. Integral part is the demo program, which allow users to create such effects.
Detection of heavy metals in hard tissues by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy
Konečná, Anna ; Novotný, Karel (referee) ; Pořízka, Pavel (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the detection of heavy metals bioaccumulated in hard tissues by laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). As model samples, murine mandibles and femurs of animals exposed to lead oxide or cadmium oxide nanoparticles were used. The exposure of animals lasted for 6 or 7 weeks. Control group of animals was exposed only to air for a reference. The distribution of biogenic elements and contaminants was determined by mapping the samples' surface using LIBS with a spatial resolution of 30 and 100 µm. The second part of the work focused on the possibility of using the method LIBS for quantitative analysis. Samples of hydroxyapatite standards were prepared as reference material. By their analysis a calibration curve was constructed, and the limits of detection and quantification were determined. Furthermore, a model for prediction of heavy metal concentration by calculation from the calibration curve was presented.
