In the beggining Thesis describes the begining of safety management, why was the system created and how it developed in the past. This master’s thesis deals about Knowledge management in a small organization, and identification of knowledge resources and needs and the integration of knowledge management principles into the daily work of the organization. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and assumptions of knowledge management and shows a multidisciplinary overlap of knowledge management. The practical part deals with analysis of current situation of organization, especially in terms of utilization of knowledge resources and their evaluation, and design an appropriate system for managing knowledge in the organization.

Employee care in a small organization

This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis and evaluation of employee care in a small organization. In the theoretical part, this issue is described and divided into several categories which are necessary for an application of the analysis in a real company. In the practical part, the author conducted a personal investigation of the actual employee care conditions in the organization. In addition, a questionnaire, reflecting satisfaction and loyalty to the company, was handed to the employees. Not only is the aim of the bachelor thesis to evaluate a current status of employee care in a small organization but also to suggest possibilities of how to improve working environment and treatment of employees, if needed.

The Master's Thesis deals with human resources management in small businesses. The theoretical part introduces small business' specifics in human resources and describes personal processes in small businesses. The aim of the theoretical part is to provide theoretical framework for the practical part of the thesis. In the practical part the small company is described including the description of personal processes in the company. The goal of the thesis is to analyse personal processes in the company, evaluate them and to create recommendations for management of the company. These recommendations are presented in the second part of the practical section of the thesis and if applied should lead to an improvement of the company's human resources management.
Analysis of the small company´s personal work

This work deals with human resources management in small companies. In its theoretical part there are first clarified specifics of small companies' management and then there are described personal processes and work that should be done in small organisations in detail. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to make a theoretical framework for the second -- practical part. In the second part small enterprise is presented and personal work which is done in it is described. The goal of the analytical part and the result at the same time is an analysis of these processes and also recommendations that would, in case of application, lead to an improvement of the company's human resources management system and implicitly to higher competitiveness in a particular branch.
