Tractor Shift Mechanism Analysis
Netopil, Jan ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
The thesis focuses on the shifting mechanisms of manually shifted tractor transmissions. It provides a comprehensive overview of all significant structural nodes of the shift mechanism with an analysis of the influence of the structure on the resulting intensity of a force required for shifting. The main aim of this thesis is the design and validation of experimental equipment for measuring the force effects of the shift mechanism of a mass-produced tractor in actual operation. The design of the experimental equipment is based on a study of the used measuring technique and similar experimental equipment. The final structure is selected based on selection by the method of weighted values, taking into consideration the requirements of the structure. A functional measuring chain is designed and formed for the realization of the measurement. To evaluate the data from the technical experiment, a multibody model of the designed experimental device is created in the MSC Adams View software, through which the real parameters of the shift mechanism are obtained from the measured values. The designed experimental equipment brings the possibility of complete analysis and subsequent optimization of the tractor's shift mechanism
Analysis of the production process of HPL panels applied for playgrounds made by Kompan Inc
Vik, Michal ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The theoretical part consists of the introduction of company KOMPAN A.S. In addition, there are also introduced the main parts of production, especially CNC workshop, shop floor workplace and warehouse. In the experimental part there is introduced HPL material first. The following is a description of the testing including used tools and materials provided by Kompan Czech Republic s.r.o. Testing was focused on measurement of force load of instruments using piezoelectric dynamometer. The obtained data was processed and analyzed. The last part of the master's thesis is economic evaluation of the production of selected product, which consist of HPL panels. In the following discussion there are evaluate obtained results. In the conclusion part are summarized main results.
Problems in machining of titanium alloys
Drábek, Tomáš ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The theoretical part of the thesis contains a brief overview of some experimental methods that are used in machining technologies. The experimental part at first elaborates on the analysis of two titanium alloys. The actual experiment, which consists of milling of the two aforementioned materials with the use of several tools and holders, is then described. It was conducted in collaboration with the company Frentech Aerospace s.r.o. When milling, forces were measured with piezoelectric dynamometer. Further, the analysis of acquired data that is followed with discussion about its main findings, is provided. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the found facts corresponding with the information obtained by analysis of materials. The main results arise out of the comparison of used combinations of tools and holders for milling of material Ti-Al6-V4, observation of impact of particular factors on measured force, or out of different values of measured forces when milling two given materials.
Scooter testing bench
Kostka, Marek ; Dlugoš, Jozef (referee) ; Zháňal, Lubor (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with measuring of acting forces from rider to footbike during the ride, followed by the construction of test stand to draw an equivalent load. Measurements and subsequent analysis of acting forces from the rider to the footbike were made. These results were then used for complete design of the test stand. The frame of the test stand was subdued to a stress analysis. A complete automatic control system, including a pneumatic control circuit, was also designed. The proposed automatic test stand was then manufactured and put into operation.
Analysis of cutting tool wear while turning construction steel
Kudela, Jan ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The goal of the thesis is wear analysis of cutting inserts used for machining 42CrMo4 steel. Theoretical part of the thesis contains comparison of turning and milling machining processes, machining methods for ball screws made of 42CrMo4 and description of experimental methods of tool wear analysis. Experimental part of thesis contains methodology of cutting inserts wear measurement for chosen machining method. The following testing is focused on cutting insert wear as well as workpiece surface analysis. Thesis is finished with processing of measured data and overall evaluation of achieved results.
