This thesis deals with the structural design of flow meter for fuel at petrol stations. Begin of work deals with the theory of flow measurement. The brief overview of different types of flow meters is shown here. Coriolis flow meter is described in more detail. Another part includes the design options of the flow meter. One of them is selected for further processing.

Theme of the bachelor thesis is to design a body for flow meter. The type is specifically a Corioliss flow meter (sometimes mass flow meter), which use the Coriolis force effect. The idea should perform requirements for modern or timeless design and should support an ergonomic, technological and economic funktion of the device.

This thesis deals with the structural design of mass flowmeter based on the principle of the Coriolis force. The introduction explains how the Coriolis flowmeter operates, what types of flowmeters are currently being produced and what are the important parameters. There are appointed some of the principles that must be followed to the meter working correctly. It contains a proposal design of flowmeter for pipes DN80 and. Includes drawings for this design.

This work deals with mass flowmeter working on the Coriolis force. The first part contains explanations of Coriolis flowmeter, a short history, description of important parts and basic applications. The second part consists of a patent research, focused on solutions the most important elements of Coriolis flowmeter. These are: shape of the measuring tube, driver members, vibrations sensors and method for evaluating the measured signal with error compensation. Each featured patent contains short description, eventually its advantages and disadvantages The last part of this work is focused on practical Coriolis flowmeter verification in laboratory conditions.
