The first part deals with the basic theoretical knowledge of process management, metodology, rengeneering and also modeling of these processes where it is at most about modeling at Aris software. Second part is about a real company and studies during the engagement from the beginning like material in stock to expedition of a real product. Third part continous about the improvment of process management in the real company.

In my diploma work I am dealing with topic of work in one of the world's largest global retailer on the internet - Amazon. In 2015 Amazon opened a new fullfilment centre in Dobrovíz near Prague. Through the statement of one of ex-employee I discovered what it means to work for one of the richest man in the world (2019) - Jeff Bezos. These working conditions I've decided to demonstrate on platform AmazonExperience which consists from e-shop that contains artworks - that apeears as products. They are mostly inspired by company's slogans, stereotypes of work, experiences of Amazon's system and strict or unwritten rules.

The Study of Supply Logistics in Selected Company

This thesis focuses on changing the internal supply logistic. The first part provides theoretical knowledge, then is indtroduces the production company and analysis of the current state of current management inventory status. Based on the analysis I have proposed measures which are more efficient inventory management. Conditions needed for the implementation of these proposals are proposed as well. The analysis part offers quantified benefits of each proposal.

This bachelor thesis deals with optimization of production processes in the company, its information and also material flows conducted in planned production. The first part focuses on the theoretical description and background of the issue. In the second, practical part, this work will discuss and then analyze the production process of selected company. According drafted analyzes and theoretical basis, this thesis determine the problems and shortcomings of the process. In the last phase it provides suggestions to improve founded shortcomings and their implementation into production.

The Study of Logistics Resources Purveyance

The thesis focuses on logistics resources purveyance of a trading company. It analyses the current state of logistics resources purveyance in this company as well as searches for a suitable solution that should lead into an improvement of selection process of trading goods suppliers that better represents company’s needs. The found solution is further examined and judged on its possible contribution to the observed company in terms of an improvement of company’s economy or eventually in supplying it with a competitive advantage. At the end of the work are several recommendations that should improve the economy of the company from the logistic point of view.

Algorithms for Computerized Optimization of Logistic Combinatorial Problems

This thesis deals with optimization problems with main focus on logistic Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). In the first part term optimization is established and most important optimization problems are presented. Next section deals with methods, which are capable of solving those problems. Furthermore it is explored how to apply those methods to specific VRP, along with presenting some enhancement of those algorithms. This thesis also introduces learning method capable of using knowledge of previous solutions. At the end of the paper, experiments are performed to tune the parameters of used algorithms and to discuss benefit of suggested improvements.

This Thesis deals with the study and analysis of the packaging management in KAVALIERGLASS, a.s. – a glass company in Sázava, The Czech Republic. The Thesis consists of three parts. The first part deals with theoretical background of logistics, inventory and packaging management. The second part analyzes the current packaging management and the ABC analysis of the suppliers and packaging. The third part suggests such a solution that ensures a more effective cooperation with the suppliers of packaging in the packaging business, providing meeting quality and cost.

The Study of Optimization of Production Process

The master thesis: „ The Study of Optimization of Production Process“ focouses on optimization of material flow to manufacturing department. First of all there will be shown theoretical approach corresponding with the thesis area and we will introduce production system and portfolio of products. Subsequently a real project will be analyzed and author will describe deficiencies in this project and system. Thanks to theoretical approach there will be found a different solution how to define new system without deficiencies. In the end the author will make a conclusion of newly found solution
