Master’s thesis is focused on financial controlling which is necessary to keep the liquidity of a company. Firstly, the Master’s thesis presents the theoretical base of the controlling in general. Secondly, the thesis describes on tasks and tools of the financial controlling. Then, financial and controlling analyzes, which were made in the Prvni brnenska strojirna, a.s., are used for the assessment and the suggestions for improvements of the company.

This Bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation of VHS plus, spol. s r. o. financial situation from 2007 to 2010, using methods of financial analysis. Information for calculations was obtained from balance sheet and profit and loss statement. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the methods of financial analysis are described and the theory is practically applied in the practical part. Important part of this thesis is proposals to improvement. Here are suggested the procedures for dealing with flaws found out from financial analysis.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of financial situation of the company GOZ METAL s.r.o., with the use of chosen methods of financial analysis. The methods, which will be used to evaluate the financial situation of the given company, belong to the basic methods and will be further described in the theoretical part of thesis. The practical part will then focus on the calculations of individual financial indicators, by which the company's overall financial situation will be evaluated. Further, specific measures and proposals will be designed to improve a potential unfavorable financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Moreau Agri Vysočina, spol. s r. o. in the years 2008 – 2013. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge, which will be used for practical part. The practical part contains a brief description of the company and calculations of individual indicators. In the last part are formulated suggestions the improvements of the current financial situation of the company which are based on the basis of results of the made financial analysis.
